Beyond my expectations! I chose this hotel as it seemed to be close to the train station (which it is) and I was not expecting much. The hotel is totally new, domotic and super confortable. It was great! If I have to mention anything to be improved, is the tobacco smell, but I am finding thus everywhere in China, it's not just this hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations and the lady at the recepción desk totally went beyond the call of duty helping me! I am so grateful! I won't forget. Thank you SO much!

Tämä on erittäin mukava hotelli. Huone: Tilava! Voimaharjoitteluun ja venyttelyyn on runsaasti tilaa. Hiljaisuus: Huoneeni oli 11. kerroksessa, ja siellä oli niin hiljaista, etten kuullut mitään ulkoa. Pystyin keskittymään opintoihini tai työhöni hiljaisuudessa. Lähellä on kuitenkin koulu, joten siellä voi olla hieman meluisaa esimerkiksi aamukokousten aikana. Näkymä: Huoneeni ikkunasta näkyy Punainen joki. Olin iloinen voidessani nähdä Vietnamin vastarannalla joka päivä. Kylpyhuone: WC ja suihku olivat puhtaat ja mukavat. Kuumaa vettä oli runsaasti. Suihku ja wc ovat erilliset, joten ei tarvinnut huolehtia kylpyhuoneen lattian tulvimisesta. Pyykinpesukone: 15. kerroksessa oli ilmainen pyykinpesukone, mikä oli erittäin hyödyllistä. Myös pesuainetta oli saatavilla. Kuivausrumpu oli kuitenkin rikki, joten minun piti kuivata vaatteeni huoneessani linkouksen jälkeen. Palvelu: Ulkomaalaisena minulla oli kielimuuri. Vastaanoton henkilökunta vastasi mielellään kaikkiin kysymyksiini. Jos yövyt useamman yön, huoneesi siivotaan päivittäin. Pyyhkeet ja roskakorit vaihdetaan myös päivittäin. Joskus tarjoillaan vesimelonia lahjaksi. Sattumalta oli kansallisen Qing-festivaalin aikaan, joten lahjaksi tarjottiin myös kakkua. Wi-Fi on ilmainen, mutta älä odota sen olevan kovin nopea.

All you need for a simple stay in Hekou. I could store my luggage safely at the front desk and do a wash! The room is very clean and has all you need! Perfect last day in China!

This is a cute and new hotel and I was very comfortable during my stay there. The best part was the people who are the kindest and really try to help you where they can.

熱帶觀景酒店超讚體驗，治癒感拉滿！ 這次在熱帶地區入住的這家觀景酒店，完全超出預期，絕對是寶藏級住宿選擇！ 酒店的環境真的無可挑剔，被茂密的熱帶植被環繞，隨處可見盛放的樹 微風拂過還能聞到淡淡的花香，搭配清脆的鳥鳴，彷彿住進了天然氧吧，遠離了城市的喧囂，身心瞬間放鬆下來。衞生方面更是讓人安心，房間裏一塵不染，床品潔白柔軟沒有異味，衞生間、桌面、角落等細節處都打掃得乾乾淨淨，連露台的桌椅都沒有一絲灰塵，能感受到工作人員的用心。 最絕的還是景色！推開陽台門，映入眼簾的是成片的熱帶椰林，遠處還能望見碧藍的海岸線，清晨伴着日出醒來，傍晚看着夕陽把天空染成橘粉色，隨手一拍都是不用濾鏡的大片。不管是在房間露台喝茶，還是在酒店的觀景泳池休憩，滿眼都是治癒的熱帶風光，真的太愜意了！ 地理位置也很加分，在窗外就能看見紅河，對面就能看見越南，周邊交通便利，出門就能感受熱帶風情的街道，吃遍當地特色美食。總之，無論是環境、衞生還是景色都無可挑剔，下次來熱帶旅行一定還會再住這裏！

The home-cooked food offered looked delicious, but being vegetarian, sadly I couldn't try it. The hosts were beyond helpful, going to great lengths to help me sort out transportation problems with by ebike, after I discovered there was no luggage consignment available at Hekou North train station. They were willing to store my bike for free until I returned, but in the end managed to organise transport to Lijiang with a local logistics company which I would never have found myself, after all the major firms refused. Can't praise them enough - wonderful people.

The owner is super friendly even though she cannot speak English and I cannot speak Chinese. Once she understands what we want, she will try her best to serve. One member in our group was sick and the owner is very kind to give us ginger and honey when we ask. The room is clean and quite large for two people. It's totally enough for our group's simple style. The only disadvantage is it's not near the downtown and may take your time to find out if you do not speak Chinese. But overall for us the experience was still great because we enjoy riding electric bicycle around.

Huone on puhdas ja puhdas ja maantieteellinen sijainti on myös hyvä. Se on lähellä kansallisovia. Jalankulku on tulossa. Joen puolella on Vietnam. Hotelli on joen puolella ja ympärillä on paljon ruokaa.

Very nice family to talk to. The location is in a great area just across the street from the riverfront. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom can stink at times from the toilet. Shower is in an awkward position where it makes it hard for me to be able to feel comfortable with showering at times. Not convienient to go up to stairs without an elevator on first day when carrying the luggage up the stairs especially when your room is near the top floor.

挺好的，臨時訂的，房間沒吹風機老闆也第一時間送來，環境也不錯，就是背後是在施工還是幹什麼，有點荒涼，有點怵，不過拉起窗簾來還好。
