酒店的設施還是很新的，挺不錯。不過可能過年期間淡季，好多燈都沒有全開，感覺不大好。😂
衞生：中規中矩，符合期待。✔️
環境：在距離翡翠湖10來分鐘的車程，方便。周邊也挺安靜的，睡得舒服。👌
服務：服務人員沒有統一穿制服，感覺是住了一間雜牌麗呈一樣。😭

"這次在大柴旦全季酒店的住宿體驗太驚喜了！必須好好誇誇——首先是客房的幫洗服務，負責的小姑娘特別貼心，洗好的衣物疊得整整齊齊，還細心分好了類別，連小污漬都處理得乾乾淨淨，讓人感覺像在家裡一樣暖心。
房間更是沒話説，乾淨得挑不出一點毛病，床品清爽無異味，衞生間水漬都擦得鋥亮，住得特別舒心。最意外的是歡迎水果，每天都換着花樣補充，從來沒斷過，新鮮又足量，疲憊時吃上幾塊，瞬間覺得超治癒。

"趕路到了11點多才到達酒店，前台小哥幫忙拿的行李，服務挺不錯的。前台小哥讓我們明天早上什麼時候休息好什麼時候下來用早餐，第二天早上9.30左右下來廚房大叔幫我們做的雞蛋肉絲麪條、稀飯、油條之類的，大叔讓我們吃好吃飽，表情挺和藹的，吃完早飯退房的時候前台小哥怕我們路上不好買水，還給我們裝了一提袋的礦泉水，雖然不值幾個錢，但服務還是讓人挺暖心的。非常不錯的一家4星酒店。"

AAnonyymi käyttäjäThis is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.

VVieraskäyttäjä第一次過年來大西北，想不到這酒店過年的氣氛還很濃郁，大堂有民族服飾可以試穿拍照打卡，還挺出片的呢，也是我第一次嘗試穿名族服飾，很漂亮，本人不上相就不配照片啦😜 其他朋友入住他們家都可以嘗試一下噢 前台值班經理也很熱情，一直幫我整理衣服，凹造型，房間也很安靜乾淨，服務也很好，真的很推薦這家酒店。對了，還順便打卡了生命樹繪畫牆，最近這部劇還挺火的，總之是次非常不錯的體驗。

NNat ShanghaiThis is a very convenient and efficient hotel, ideal for a short stay of one due to its proximity to the main attractions. Chaka lake .
The rooms are notably spacious, and the bathrooms are very clean. The staff received high praise for being very friendly.
A small note for international travelers: the breakfast is very Chinese in style. As such, it may lack common Western options like coffee, but aside from that, it's an excellent choice for a short stay.

We were there during low season and breakfast choices were very limited. I would like to comment on the wonderful service of the staff who went up and above to assist the us. The staff offered to take care of our laundry as timer on the dryer was not working and it's unclear when the laundry load can be dried. Would recommend this hotel to folks who plan to stay overnight in Chaka.

But when we come on July, the weather is only 6 Celcius degree, no heating, no electric blanket really make me disappointed. If they told me when we check-in that during July no heating, I could cancel the reservation.
They have working table but no light, if you work here you need to open room light.
Maybe others experience was good, but not for me.
