Big and clean rooms. Good value. This hotel has no lifts but the reception helped us carry our bags up. So it’s not really a downside. We booked two rooms, the one with the sofa looks quite grand. The other room with three beds could comfortably fit 4 - two super singe beds and one king bed. Shower jets were strong and good. Location is very close to the town centre and we could hear faint music from the bands from our rooms. I suppose because we were there on a Friday night. But the bands stop playing before we went to bed, since it’s after all a small town. Breakfast was delicious and was cooked on the spot when the guest comes down, with individual servings. They have a choice of disposable or reusable towels. They equip each room with disposable towels but feel free to ask for reusable (cotton cloth) towels. Service staff were friendly and very helpful. Great stay overall.

這家酒店體驗超出預期，前台辦理入住高效快速，交通比較方便，且停車方便安全，周邊商圈和景點一應俱全，房間乾淨明亮，床品柔軟親膚，衞浴設施高端無異味，服務員服務態度熱情周到，打掃細緻入微，保潔阿姨主動問候，早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮，味道也好，很喜歡住在這裏，性價比高，後期過來還會選擇住在這裏。

出差入住築溪酒店，單是餐飲就徹底圈粉！早餐真的太豐富了，現烤吐司外脆裏軟，搭配多種果醬超滿足，酸奶口感醇厚，新鮮沙拉清爽解膩，中西結合的搭配既好吃又營養均衡，連挑食的孩子都吃了滿滿一碗。更貼心的是，門口隨時有冰淇淋可以拿，下午茶種類也多到選不過來，甜口鹹口都有。而且全天都有免費飲品供應，暖心薑茶喝着超舒服，檸檬汁清爽解膩，普洱茶醇厚回甘，不管什麼時候回來都能喝到合心意的茶，住得又舒服又暖心，住得太滿意了 也祝老闆生意興隆！

雲上四季的老闆或者經理，我原來就是你們家的忠實顧客，後來不是了，這次到中醫院看病所以又入住了你們家，還遇到了一個你們的老員工小姐姐，她們的熱情，客氣，所以點評我給了滿分，但是我還是想説説你們酒店的不足:第一衞生間裏的洗髮水和沐浴露，每樣一小瓶，你們自己去住一晚上體驗一下，真的好精緻袖珍，特別是沐浴露一個人都不夠洗，你們要省錢麼乾脆不要放了，麻煩你們也去別家酒店看看，人家的洗髮水和沐浴露是不是和你們的一樣袖珍小氣，第二:明知道衞生間穿一次性拖鞋那麼滑就是不配塑料拖鞋，反正摔倒了也是顧客，你們摔不着是吧？問了就是上級不準擺塑料拖鞋，但是其它酒店人家就是能為顧客擺上乾淨的塑料拖鞋和一次性拖鞋，大家猜猜是為什麼？特別是第一條洗髮水和沐浴露原來我反應了好多次都沒用，所以這兩年我都不住你們家了

Staff is cooperative if needed. When I returned to my room on my first day I had to ask the front desk to come replenish the consumables and remove the rubbish. Breakfast is offered 7.30-9.30am. When I arrived close to 9am they went out of hard boiled eggs. The kitchen staff simply told me they went out with no intention to cook more (they did have raw eggs in the kitchen). Luckily the front desk staff happened to be there and asked the kitchen to cook a couple for me

這家酒店是我住過最滿意的酒店，很多方面，酒店的地點位置，三五分鐘可達彝人古鎮，實在是太方便了，酒店的設計環境衞生，光度，設備，都已經可以説是完美無瑕，老闆方先生，為人豪爽大方，友善好客，格局是天花板級，提升我們的住宿到貴賓等級，令我們二人感覺太太意外了，住宿期間噓寒問暖，把住客當初自己家人是他的口頭禪，真的是由內心深處對他的服務和為人折服，真的是做老闆的人，還有楚雄這個名字可以説在他身上體會到，這名字我們非常喜歡，為此我們也因為這種原因，再安排多一天住宿，🈶一種家的感覺，會永遠記得在楚雄的寶貴的三個晚上，有機會一定會再回來的。 Amazing hotel in our entire journey, this hotel is superd, location wise is just few minutes walk to the Yiren ancient town, plenty of delicious local food, hotel is Grand, room are very clean and spacious, that's why gave them full marks, were upgrade to VIP room by the owner Mr Fang, this gentleman is so friendly, generous, he even help to carry our luggage to the third floor, were so touching by his services and attractions in this city, so we decided to extend our stay, on the last day MrFang also take the initiative to drove us to the Chuxiong railway station, we are wordless to describe how happy were we during our stay, will definitely come back to stay here again. Oh forgot to mention,the toilet is very big, with smart WC, and a big size bath tub,made our stay unforgettable.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the ancient town. Just a few minutes walk and we are already in the ancient town. For the price, the room was spacious, bright and clean. It was comfortable enough and we had a good sleep. Although the host could not communicate in English, but he was helpful enough to ensure that our check-in went smoothly. Halal food is also available near the hotel and easy access to take the bus to go around the city. No complaints and we had a good stay at the hotel.

Kansalaiset kävelevät muinaisessa kaupungissa, ja kävelevät hyvin, olipa se ruokaa, vanhaa kaupunkia tai baarien katua. Kansalaisten kaunis, pomo on hyvin lämmin, kaikkialla on pieni maasto, korttikuvaus on erittäin sopiva, pomo on erittäin innokas, kerroin puhelun aikana, kuinka paljon sää ja vaatteet sopivat, huone on suuri, puhdas ja puhdas, pieni balkon on erittäin miellyttävä, Kaksi huonetta sopii lasten vanhempiin perheisiin ja ostetaan takaisin.
