"設施：挺好的 挺新的 衞生：不知道是不是很久沒有人入住的原因嗎 地板上有很多灰 環境：距離市中心比較偏遠 泳池水不換很臟 不過淡季沒有客人也倒理解 服務：除了我們退房後打電話來問我遺留東西的那個小哥以外別的服務真的不行 我也是學酒店的 怎麼你們酒店寫着五星不是嗎 客人都還沒掛電話你們先掛了 沒水了讓前台幫忙送點水 前台説一會讓服務員送上來 等了40分鐘也沒來 後面有阿姨來打掃房間了才讓那個阿姨又給我們 這個前台接待和客房部的聯繫真的需要加強一下了"

"Very good hotel with free upgrade as well from the front staff. The room is super stunning with many modern digital functions & garden view. The room service is also good. Can't believe in this small city also have such a good hotel."

"Big and clean rooms. Good value. This hotel has no lifts but the reception helped us carry our bags up. So it’s not really a downside. We booked two rooms, the one with the sofa looks quite grand. The other room with three beds could comfortably fit 4 - two super singe beds and one king bed. Shower jets were strong and good. Location is very close to the town centre and we could hear faint music from the bands from our rooms. I suppose because we were there on a Friday night. But the bands stop playing before we went to bed, since it’s after all a small town. Breakfast was delicious and was cooked on the spot when the guest comes down, with individual servings. They have a choice of disposable or reusable towels. They equip each room with disposable towels but feel free to ask for reusable (cotton cloth) towels. Service staff were friendly and very helpful. Great stay overall."

"總體來説體驗感是不錯的。泡池乾淨，會有工作人員來幫忙清洗後再次放水。 入住那天在辦婚禮，前台工作人員人手明顯不夠，但是前台小姐姐也給予了很好的入住體驗。 建議增加停車指引員，入住那天由於婚宴，大堂面前的停車位基本沒有，也無人引導，最後才知道酒店後門還有停車的位置。 露營地提供燒烤位，價格也算合理。 總的來説，入住體驗感良好。"
