"I had a fantastic stay at Burqin Night Light City Hotel. The hotel is in a great location with convenient access to nearby attractions, and the night views are especially stunning.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, making it feel warm and comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the hot water supply was excellent—showing the hotel’s attention to detail.
The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. They also provided helpful travel recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
A special thanks to Mr. Luo, the hotel manager, who was very professional and dedicated. He provided exceptional service and made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. His attentiveness and hospitality truly made a difference.
The breakfast had a good variety of options and tasted great, catering to different preferences. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again in the future!"

They helps me to call for a carpool taxi to go to Kanas National Geopark with the good price, same as local price even you are foreigner! "This is our second visit, the hotel is good. Although we didn't get the same room as before, the other one wasn't so bad either. They provided a humidifier and there also was a massage chair. There are many restaurants close to the hotel, parking is not a problem. The only downside is that it was too hot in the room during the night so we had to open a window."

"What a lovely place. We didn't really like the architecture in the town, and were looking for something that is more representative of the local Kazakh majority in town (definitely not the pseudo-European or Russian vibes in the market). This hotel had the right idea and blended in Kazakh elements with modern feelings.
We arrived late, but the staff were very accommodating and offered us the complimentary afternoon tea even though it was after hours. We really like the quality of coffee at the hotel. The breakfast was also good, and the hotel design was lovely. Everything is clean and delivered with care.

This is a very centrally located hotel with pretty good services and amenities. The only set back is that you have to go to the building next for breakfast. Reception was friendly and quick and we even got good supplies of water and coffee on our departure.

We had the double room at Holiday Inn Hemu for two nights. On the day we visited Hemu village the hotel offered us shuttle service, we really appreciate this arrangement and the driver.
The view of the ski mountain from our room is incredible.

The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services, This hotel (Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay) is indeed a hidden paradise,I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and serene surroundings,I had the best experience at Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay. Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, safe and secure environment, very delicious food at their restaurant, the staff are all amazing, kind and very helpful, A big Thank you to all the staff working there ( Shi Shi , Hanan . Sune Yue, all restaurant staff and waitress Hannan, and the guy who carved the delicious lamb meat and drove us to the bus station sorry forgot his name ) will see you guys again. I highly recommend Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay.

The host was friendly and fetched us from the bus stop, and even provided a free room upgrade allowing us to have a direct view to the snow-capped mountains. Very appreciated on the nice gesture. However, we encountered the sewage flowing out from the underground pipes when we were about to take shower. The host was quickly attending to the issue and whole process of cleaning took 2 hours till 12am. Despite the effort, the smell was still in the air and the sewage still flowed out from time to time. Unfortunately, there was no room available for an exchange and we had to bear it whole night. The experience was discounted. In addition, there was sweating smell from the pillow that I had to use once-off cotton towel provided by the hostel to cover the surface. Other than that, the view was nice and the food was decent.

We would like to give out utmost compliments to the fantastic service rendered to us by Jack of Concierge services. Being our first time to Altay, Xijiang, we are not familiar with transport and Jack has been an absolute gem. He helped us secure pickup at late notice despite the snow condition and continued to take care of us throughout our stay. Our first time in Xinjiang is absolutely wonderful thanks to Jack! The manager on duty also took feedback into stride and did his best to remedy hiccups. Hilton Altay has bus shuttle to the Jikepulin Ski Resort which makes skiing a breeze. We did 3 days of ski until the end of hours and came back for the lounge service. We were thoroughly pampered and will come back to stay at Hilton in a heartbeat. Looking forward to be back next with family. Thank you Jack! Keep up the good work!

這次入住體驗特別暖心，老闆娘太熱心了，我第二天早上6點多要趕去比賽的大巴，她人不在酒店沒法親自送，卻在我的請求下立刻安排了其他人送我，幫我解決了趕車的大難題，特別感動。
還有幫忙搬行李的阿姨，看着年紀不小，我本不想麻煩她，可阿姨身體特別好，三下五除二就把箱子搬好了，特別麻利。房間也很讓人滿意，收拾得乾乾淨淨，還配了電熱暖器，有需要的東西跟工作人員説，都會及時送過來。
唯一美中不足的是洗澡熱水熱力有限，每次衹能洗15分鐘左右，5分鐘後就得慢慢加大水温，到最後最熱也不算很燙。但整體瑕不掩瑜，下次有機會還會選這裏！

作為一名滑雪發燒友，這次入住M hotel的體驗直接封神，必須給滿分！酒店位置就在吉克普林滑雪場西區，真正實現滑進滑出的終極便利，不用扛着沉重雪板奔波，滑完雪直接踩着雪板回房間，對雪友來説簡直是神仙配置，每天都能多擠出一小時暢滑，幸福感直接拉滿！
房間乾淨舒適，雪具存放區寬敞又乾燥，完全不用擔心裝備受潮。最驚艷的是自助早餐，品類豐富到讓人選擇困難，現烤的麪包酥脆可口，熱菜區有地道的本地風味，還有各種水果、酸奶和西式冷餐，無論是滑完雪補充能量，還是早起墊肚子開啟雪場征程，都能吃得超滿足。
更要誇誇酒店的服務，工作人員態度特別好，從入住時幫忙搬雪板，到主動告知雪場雪道情況、推薦最佳滑行時段，全程熱情又貼心。遇到問題響應超快，細節裏全是温暖。
對於滑雪愛好者來説，M hotel就是理想中的下榻之選，下次來吉克普林滑雪，一定還選這裏！

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! They upgraded our room to a log cabin, which was spacious and beautifully designed. During winter, however, it was a bit inconvenient since the cabin is separate from the main building, making it harder for our kids to go for breakfast. I requested a transfer to a room in the main building, and the staff arranged it promptly — very helpful.
We also had an early departure, and the hotel thoughtfully packed breakfast and snacks for our kids. The only minor issue was that the bidet in our room (1217) was broken, but overall, the service was superb. Breakfast buffet was decent as well. Highly recommend for their excellent service and accommodating staff!
I hope they can also have a small playroom inside
