"這次入住真的被酒店的管家服務圈粉了！從辦理入住開始，管家就全程熱情又貼心，不僅詳細介紹了酒店的設施和周邊的便利，還主動詢問我們的需求，比如幫忙預約🚗，提醒了第二天的天氣情況，連我們隨口提了一句想晚點退房，也很快幫忙協調妥當，全程都讓人感覺特別省心。 入住期間有任何小問題，聯繫管家後總能第一時間得到迴應和解決，那種被細緻照顧的感覺特別好，就像有個朋友在身邊幫忙打理一切似的。這種專業又暖心的服務，真的讓整個旅途都加分不少，必須給管家點個大大的贊，下次來還住這兒。"

"This is our second visit, the hotel is good. Although we didn't get the same room as before, the other one wasn't so bad either. They provided a humidifier and there also was a massage chair. There are many restaurants close to the hotel, parking is not a problem. The only downside is that it was too hot in the room during the night so we had to open a window."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! They upgraded our room to a log cabin, which was spacious and beautifully designed. During winter, however, it was a bit inconvenient since the cabin is separate from the main building, making it harder for our kids to go for breakfast. I requested a transfer to a room in the main building, and the staff arranged it promptly — very helpful. We also had an early departure, and the hotel thoughtfully packed breakfast and snacks for our kids. The only minor issue was that the bidet in our room (1217) was broken, but overall, the service was superb. Breakfast buffet was decent as well. Highly recommend for their excellent service and accommodating staff! I hope they can also have a small playroom inside"

"**Great location, but disappointing room condition** The hotel is in a fantastic location—right across from the walking street, making it super convenient. However, I had to deduct points due to the unpleasant smell in the room. It was a strong, musty odor, likely coming from the carpet, which seemed to be deeply embedded with dirt. I arrived late at night and was too tired to request a room change, especially with the language barrier. Unfortunately, I had to endure the smell throughout the night."

"真的住到了人生民宿了，體驗無敵好！感謝二姐，三姐還有小明管家，讓我們一行人都有了一個難忘的元旦假期！ 位置：距離東區雪具大廳2公里，5分鐘左右車程，想要頂門的人除了雪場腳下的幾個貴价酒店就屬這裏最近了！這裏衹有一棟獨棟小木屋，旁邊就是禾木河，景色也很好。 房間：我們預訂了一間loft和一間蒙古包，乾淨整潔自不必説，很難得的是能看民宿主人審美很好，實木地板，藝術漆，獨立浴缸，大理石裝飾等，這些以往衹會在豪華酒店裡才有的東西，這裏都用上了，民宿主人真的是下了血本了吧！唯一美中不足的可能是淋浴沒有用上恆温系統，水温不太穩定。 服務：這可能是最讓我們驚喜的部分了！不同於豪華酒店的距離感，這個民宿的工作人員都非常有活人感，讓我感受到了民宿主人的熱情好客。得益於衹有9個房間，客人很少，每天二姐三姐還有小明都會熱情的招待大家，提醒我們天氣温度情況，免費接送我們去雪場和遊客服務中心，隨叫隨到，還幫我們打電話協調老村餐廳的位置。不管我們遇到了什麼問題，大家都會想辦法盡全力幫你解決。非常非常非常温暖（太詞窮了）。 環境：這裏真的很出片，不説啥了看圖片吧！ 餐飲：禾木餐飲出了名的爛，踩雷概率超級大，但是桃源的老闆真的是厲害！不管是老村的餐廳還是這個民宿，都很好吃。早餐品類不多，但是真的是好吃尤其是炒飯。晚餐以川湘菜為主，價格比老村至少便宜10%以上，所以住了五天有三晚都在酒店吃了。 除了以上這些，元旦的晚上還做了跨年的活動，二姐請我們品嚐了她自己釀的好喝的果酒，民宿的客人都在這裏各種聊天互動，氛圍太獨一無二了，情緒價值拉滿，狠狠喜歡這個民宿，明年還來！"

"Nice and clean hotel. When we check in the reception gave us room upgrade and free breakfast. They all have service mind. Especially Mr.Jerry who was very good and kind. He helps us a lots and drove us to the new hotel in the next day. Cause no taxi and bus at night. Also aunty who worked in house no.10. She always asked what we need. And also walked with us to show the bus stop to Kanas Lake. This hotel is in the good location just 3 mins walk to bus stop."
