The Moxy Sydney Airport totally impressed me! Let’s start with location: it’s extremely close to the airport (EVEN just a 15-minute walk to the terminal), and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. It’s also near Mascot Station—about a 15-minute walk—with a scheduled shuttle service provided. From Mascot, it only takes around 20 minutes by train to get to Circular Quay (where the Sydney Opera House is). The staff are diverse and truly passionate about their work. Though the hotel is busy, every guest I observed received attentive service. The design is stylish, the facilities are modern, and there’s a bar in the lobby where you get a welcome drink on arrival (usually a cocktail, but non-alcoholic options are available). The room is a bit compact, though. Shout-out to the breakfast: you can order freshly cooked eggs at the chef’s station. I have to say—they were the best eggs I’ve had in Australia. I ended up having four in one morning! 悉尼金斯福特史密斯机场的Moxy酒店令人感到惊艳。先说说交通：距离机场特别近（15分钟可步行到航站楼），酒店提供往返机场的穿梭巴士；离Mascot地铁站也很近，步行约15分钟，酒店也提供定时穿梭巴士。从Mascot站乘地铁到Circular Quay（悉尼歌剧院附近）仅需20分钟左右。酒店员工背景多元但都热情敬业，客人虽多，但据我观察每位客人都能得到不错的接待。酒店设计风格时尚，设施较新，大厅设有酒吧，入住时会赠送欢迎饮品（一般提供鸡尾酒，也可选无酒精饮料）。不过房间稍小一些。特别要提的是早餐：可以在厨师窗口点煎蛋，我承认这是我在澳大利亚吃过的最好吃的煎蛋，一早上炫了4个！

Stay here for my son 1st birthday, we got a birthday post card and it was really sweet. The staff in reception is kind and welcoming, breakfast is absolutely amazing. Location is in Mascot near the airport which is a great deal for traveler. The kids pool is awesome. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Mascot for a reunion of friends and spouses, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent — it’s close to the airport, which makes it very convenient for people travelling from interstate or overseas. It’s also handy to the train station, so getting into the city or around Sydney is easy. For anyone needing a car, there’s a Green Motion car hire service located right within the hotel, offering early rentals and late returns. That after-hours flexibility is great — and it saves you the usual airport surcharge. The hotel itself isn’t particularly upmarket, but the service is friendly, professional, and accommodating. We had two dinners there and found the meals quite reasonable and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast offers a good selection, and there’s a proper barista making real coffee — not the usual machine-made version some places serve. A thoughtful touch in the lobby is the water fountain with fizzy, chilled, and room-temperature options — perfect for refilling bottles and a nice environmentally friendly feature. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with capsule coffee that’s reasonably good. A microwave would be a welcome addition for guests staying longer. Overall, a convenient, friendly, and well-equipped hotel. I’d happily recommend it for both business and leisure travellers.

Quest Mascot hotel is the one I like to live here because the reception staffs were / are polite & helpful during the last years! Please convert my thanks to Quest Mascot, and I am happy to choose here again next time travel to Sdyney! By the way, not sure WHY the Quest’s WiFi did not work well during my accommodation since 3 Jan. 2026, could you please check with The Property? The issues are: 1. The green button brighten but it is not network connection; 2. The Google became white & black suddenly not coloured; 3. Australia ATO suddenly errors occurred & jumping screen out to warn; 4. Networks warned “privacy warning” many times; 5. As a Quest client, I should available to use hotel WiFi freely but unfortunately the WiFi jumped on & off almost every 5 minutes and most of time during last 3 weeks living here the WiFi in the room can not be accessed ! 6. The WiFi issues because always happened while Website & YouTube surfing for example Google or emails or WeChat, so you never know whether the issues will affect other resources or not ( yesterday last night Australia NAB banks APP suddenly showed ERROR warning) & Stamford Plaza Sdyney Mascot can not be found from OUTLOOK email without “sign-in” option and another email just be sent out before “found 0 contacts”! The hotel is really close to the domestic Sydney airport, at a walkable distant around 850m - 1km. Good, clean, cosy hotel which is good for overnight stay before you travel interstate. Really recommend to any travellers. The hotel is also closes to Krispy Kreme, McDonald & KFC. By the way, the water does not provide to the guest, so you may need to get that from the bar to your room.

Simple. Bed a bit sof and sunken. Bathroom is a module. Black mold found at the joints. Plasticky and slippery inside. Hair dryer on the floor of cupboard. Sound proofing not great.
