"We stayed in Apollo Bay area for Great Ocean Road Trip. It is a standard motel room, good size for couple of nights. Location was perfect, easy to spot + easy parking access too. There are supermarkets nearby, with different food options too. The room has kettle and microwave, but no cutlery apart from two teaspoons. A bit awkward moment when other customers were passing in front of the door but generally it was ok."

"This hotel boasts a fantastic location along the Great Ocean Road, offering breathtaking views of Apollo Bay during the day. However, the heating system was insufficient—while the living room had heating, the bedroom lacked proper heating, leaving us feeling quite cold at night. Additionally, the bedroom curtains did not fully block out light, so bringing an eye mask is highly recommended for a good night's sleep. Despite these minor drawbacks, the scenic surroundings and convenient coastal access make it a decent stay for travelers exploring the area."

"位置很好對面是海，離吃飯的小鎮很近，可以我們自駕是晚上8點才到，睡了一晚就要離開了，家庭房兩大兩小足夠睡了，免費停車，沒有早餐建議第二天繼續自駕的可以去kafe koala那裡吃早餐順便找考拉，今天很幸運樹上看到4隻考拉。雖然但是衞生間太小，設施也陳舊，有洗頭沐浴露沒有牙刷牙膏和拖鞋，複式小屋有樓梯，小朋友都覺得很好很開心。冰箱裏有涼開水一壺。不買瓶裝水也可以。鎮上餐廳開到比較晚，超市開到9點多。"

"Perfect location to stayover after long drive from Sorento to Queenscliff to Apolo Bay. Recommend to have a good rest and continue the other half journey of Great Ocean Road the next day. Onsite parking available. Nice Apolo Bay seaview when having my breakfast😁😁"

"We stayed one night at the Sandpiper Motel in Apollo Bay during peak season. On the positive side, the room was exceptionally clean, and the embroidered details on the bedding, pillow slips, and face towel were a lovely touch that added a sense of care and thoughtfulness to the decor. However, our stay was not without its issues. Room 5; Throughout the night, there was a persistent high-pitched noise whenever water was used in our block of rooms, which disrupted our sleep, not helpful if you are a light sleeper. This was particularly disappointing given the cost of over 500 NZD for one night. Additionally, while the self-check-in process was efficient, the lack of any staff presence left the motel feeling impersonal and made it impossible to seek assistance when needed. For example, there was no way to address the plumbing issue or request additional items like more face towels during our stay. While we appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail in the room design, these other factors made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests."

"This was one of the best yha we have stayed at. The room was bare but that is to be expected. The amenities, by contrast, were excellent: Two well appointed kichens with nice pans and plenty of space; A roof area and multiple living room areas; an herb garden and plenty of recycling areas; and the games and TV area looked brand new and not old and worn out . The kids enjoyed it and so did we. Highly recommended."

"Meillä oli ihana oleskelu Apollo Dream Homestay! Sijainti on täydellinenhyvin lähellä Marriners Lookout, yksi on vierailtava paikkoja alueella. Check-in prosessi oli super sileä ja vaivattomasti. Their communication was excellent and very friendly. The room was warm, clean, and comfortable. The accommodation is in a very convenient location, with all shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby and within easy walking distance. All the amenities we needed were provided, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. Overall, we highly recommend Apollo Bay Motel & Apartments to everyone and would happily stay here again."
