No customer service. No where to put down a luggage in the room. No proper pillow.

酒店距離jr新今宮站和metro動物園前站非常近，對於要去奈良、梅田、大阪城公園的人來説很方便，周邊物價不高，步行可至通天閣、堂吉柯德，三人房有一張床是翻出來的沙發，舒適度欠佳，但預訂價格優惠，三個人才800不到，還要什麼自行車，不過還是建議雙人出行預訂。其他設施都很完善，入住退房機器操作也很便捷。

帶媽媽來的，距離通天閣非常近，酒店找起來稍微有點困難，記得在衚衕口右轉再右轉。可能是選的位置也可能是大阪夜生活太豐富，夜間偶有飆車的情況。

房間設施超預期，房間很大，本次7天旅行最具性價比酒店了

房間大小挺好的，三個人不擁擠，地理位置很方便，地鐵很近，周圍可以打卡通天閣，性價比不錯

Great location, donki is only 3 minutes walk away, and the main tourist area is only 2 stops away, the area is safe and quiet. The sound proof is very good, couldn't hear anything next door for the whole stay. There is a washing machine on the ground floor outdoor area, which costs only 400 yan per load and there is clothing drying function in the bathroom. The room is not very big, good for 2 person, but not 3.

라피트 타고 내리기좋고 지하철 타기좋고 아쉬운거는 바쁘게 움직이다보니 수건받을시간이없었음 ㅜ

The location is near to JR and Metro station which give alternate transport mode. The place is new and clean. If you travel with 3 adults the place will be very cramped. Suitable for couple or 2 adults. The price paid is good for the place and the location

Tolle saubere Unterkunft, leicht zu erreichen und fußläufig alles erreichbar, was man braucht.

是很乾凈的民俗，空間比較寬敞舒適。交通方便，推薦的

不是很好找，需要繞很多小巷子，衞生情況一般，垃圾桶比較大，噪音有影響

跟網上看到的照片相符 窗外景色還不錯都看得到天空 離地鐵都很近 看得到旁邊的星野0mo7 附近也有全家 入住時還看到一隻肥白腳黑貓🐈⬛很可愛

Its a your loss if you ddnt take it. Great location, near tsutenkaku, near station, near MEGA DONKI DONKI, i dont know, i wish i had more time exploring! ah the amenities? YOU LITERALLY GET AN APARTMENT SO BIG SO GOOD
