Чудесное место для отдыха 🫶 проживали 2 семьями с 25 до 30 декабря в самой маленькой вилле, все это время с нами были замечательные Стив и Мухамед. Стив возил нас по всему острову куда бы мы не захотели и забирал нас из любого места, спасибо тебе Стив🙏Мухамед так же позаботился о том, чтобы наш отдых был беззаботным, помогал организовать стирку, организовал нам экскурсию на море🙏виллу убирают каждый день, есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи ( мы не готовили тк на сайри много вкусных кафе). Однозначно рекомендую это место для отдыха, очень атмосферно и уютно, в окружении джунглей ❤️

I recently stayed at Sai Daeng Resort, and it was an amazing experience. The location is fantastic, with a peaceful and private beach that offers a truly relaxing atmosphere. The entire property is well-maintained and exceptionally clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their service made my stay even more enjoyable. The overall ambiance is perfect for those looking for tranquility. The resort is quiet and serene, making it an excellent place to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle. I will definitely come back again!

I stayed one week there and appreciated every day. - Lonely island feeling far from the world. It's a must to stay to avoid the crowd of 11am/2pm and have a chunk of paradise for yourself outside those hours. Particularly to avoid the queue to climb the hill. - Amazing sunset and view from the top of the hill every day. - The staff was so caring and nice. Particularly mister Tei and miss Been while I became sick the last day. - Diving center right on your doorstep. - free shuttle boat to Koh Tao every day if you miss the civilization - every bungalow have good orientation for the view. - internet was ok. - The shower pressure might bother some but it's not a problem under this weather. It would be better to start to pay attention of the effect of the crowd on the nature to preserve it though. The people coming for 2/3h are so careless(i saw shoes, straw, bottles...even socks! Forgotten) Maybe best to raise the price of the room and only allow resort resident to enter, to control the flow of people on the island without losing revenue.

The room is clean and nicely decorated in a nature theme, especially the bathroom with the stone floor and walls. The beach area of the hotel is a little bit small compared to the neighboring hotels but still good. But what convinced me most of all is the service. The hotel staff is super nice and very helpful with everything you need. The hotel area is pretty big so there is a cart service that can pick you up at your hotel room and drive you out to the entrance (or beach, pool, …). Very convenient because the street with all the restaurants is right outside the entrance (and a 7-eleven right across the entrance). So all in all a very pleasant experience and i would definitely stay there again.

Мы продлили проживание в этрм месте т.к нам очень понравилось море вокруг, убтные бунгало с красивым видом, уединенность проживания но в то же время близость к магазинам, кафе и массажам: все в 10 мин ходьбы, немного в горку, людям в возрасие конечно не советую. Прекрасный ресторан в отеле, очень советую. Хорошие порции и хорошие цены, дешевле чем есть на Сайри бич в центре. Рекомендации отелю - вложиться и обновить именно ваннын комнаты в номерах, сантехнику. И проводить чистку кондиционеров! В остальном все замечательно.

Valittu huone ei ollut kaukana saaren halvimmista. Saapuessaan hotelliin oli selvää, että vastaanotolla oli vakavia ongelmia prosessien organisoinnissa. Joukko ihmisiä odottamassa sisään- tai uloskirjautumista. Jossain on pieniä tyytymättömien vierailijoiden ristiriitoja, jossain vaaditaan numeron vaihtamista, kaikkialla on turhamaisuutta. Oli hyvin outoa nähdä tämä. Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä kävi ilmi, että huoneessa ei ollut tossuja ja kylpytakkeja (absoluuttinen pikku juttu, mutta ne lisäävät mukavuutta ja mukavuutta, ja ne olisi pitänyt sisällyttää varaustietoihin). Lisäksi huoneessa oli aikaisempien vieraiden koreissa roskia, eikä huoneessa ollut pyyhkeitä. Otimme yhteyttä työntekijään, joka siivosi vieressämme olevaa huonetta. Tässä hotellissa kassakaappi ei sisällä edes pientä olkalaukkua asiakirjoille, tai pikemminkin kuuluu, mutta kassakaapin ovi puristaa laukkua. Hotellissa oli paljon vieraita, koska... Oli uudenvuoden loma, ja henkilökuntaa ei selvästikään ollut tarpeeksi. Tämä näkyi kaikessa. Lähetimme vaatteet pestäväksi. Ne piti toimittaa seuraavana päivänä. Mutta niin ei käynyt. Toisena päivänä kysyimme missä puhtaat tavaramme ovat, mutta he sanoivat, että ne eivät olleet vielä valmiita. 2 tunnin kuluttua meille ilmoitettiin, että tavarat olivat vielä valmiina ja olivat olleet eilen vastaanotossa. Mutta tästä ei raportoitu mitään, eikä sitä tuotu huoneeseen. Kuuluvuus huoneissa on katastrofaalinen. Parvekkeen vanhojen puisten ovien takia kuulin nukkuessani kaiken mitä baarin ikkunan alla tapahtui, ja kello kolmen jälkeen aamulla yölintujen äänet kuuluivat täydellisesti. Olisi mukava lisätä tarjoilijan kutsupainike uima-altaalle. Henkilökunta ei edes pääse toiseen uima-altaaseen ja sen alle. Allasbaarin baarimikko oli selvästi huonovointinen, puhalsi nenänsä vieraiden edessä, pyyhki nenäänsä kädellä, aivasteli ja valmisti sitten cocktaileja pesemättä käsiään. Huoneen ilmastointilaite roikkuu suoraan sängyn yläpuolella. Ilmavirta menee suoraan nukkuvaan henkilöön. Kun otetaan huomioon huoneen ei kovin suuri tilavuus, on helppo vilustua ilmastointilaitteen ollessa päällä, mutta ilman sitä on erittäin tukkoista. Joistakin puutteista huolimatta yöpyminen hotellissa jätti silti miellyttävän vaikutelman. Suuri ja kaunis uima-allas. Siellä on kuntosali. Siivotaan joka päivä. Suuri hyvin hoidettu alue. Koh Phanganin saarelle (tai pikemminkin Haadrinille) hotelli on ehdottomasti yksi parhaista, mutta valitettavasti siinä oli paljon vivahteita. 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Haad Rinistä ja Full Moon Partysta. Jos aiot osallistua näihin juhliin, hotelli on erittäin kätevä, mutta... kirjaimellisesti 50 metrin päässä on erinomainen vaihtoehto vertailukelpoiseen hintaan, jossa palvelun taso oli huomattavasti korkeampi.

Bans is a well established resort right in the heart of the main town/strip. Located over two sites it has several polls and offers a wide range of rooms/prices. We were located up the hill so was really nice and quiet, but quick a hike to the rooms. Rooms were spacious and well equipped but were getting a bit tired. Air Con wasn’t working well and rooms were very warm. I understand from others around the pool, with was common. The grounds were groomed immaculately and the service was excellent. During the day the Fishbowl offers some tasty and relatively cheap food, overlooking the beach !! This is a dive resort and almost resembled a factory for diving. Bit too over commercial for my liking, so we booked diving through a quieter dive school. All in all, a lovely resort, wonderful staff and service in some stunning grounds. Would recommend if you are wanting a little luxury.

Nice place to stay, it is on the more calmer part of the beach. The restaurant part could do more improvements, like basic English for staff and breakfast is definitely not value for money. You can find much better ones around. The room is spacious and clean every day. We enjoyed the pool as well.

We had an overall great stay. The rooms called villas are big with a massive bed area and a living area apart and together with a lovely terrace overlooking the sea is a fantastic option mid range price. It has a decent pool and a direct access to a private beach where if the sea is good you can see lots of corals colourful fishes and even turtles. All the staff were lovely and helpful and the hotel also provides free shuttle to the pier and other areas of the island.

Hotel was very clean and staff were brilliant, very helpful and close by to everything you need, the pool is also very good.
