Vuoristonäköala Hotels in Ulan Bator

The hotel was fine and I have no complaints. I found my room to be clean and pleasant, and the service to be OK. It is conveniently located in a mall and has a convenience store right next door. They were having an issue with the key cards when I stayed there where I had multiple issues pressing the floor my room was on. I had to manually get this fixed several times at the front desk. Additionally, I don't know if they are associated with the hotel, but the coffee shop in the lobby is awful and has horrible service. My last complaint: I was asking the man who worked at the front desk to restore access to my room, given this key card issue as I had a meeting in 2 minutes I was running late to. He was trying to sell me a hotel-associated taxi that was overpriced, which annoyed me.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are big and the staff are very friendly. All staff speak fluent English. The breakfast is excellent and delicious. The food in the other restaurants in the hotel is also very tasty, and the food service is at a very high level. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone,

Very good hotel! There is everything for a comfortable stay. Very good hotel location and service. We were provided with a taxi to the train station and also provided with breakfast, despite the fact that we checked out very early. We can recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to visit Ulaanbaatar.

Kumppanini ja minä yöpyimme hiljattain Best Western Premier Tuushin -hotellissa kaupungin sydämessä, ja olimme hämmästyneitä kokemuksestamme. Hotellissa oli upeat näkymät Sukhbaatar-aukiolle, joka oli herkuttelua joka aamu. Henkilökunta oli uskomattoman ystävällistä ja vieraanvaraista, ja teki kaikkensa tehdäkseen vierailustamme mukavan ja nautinnollisen. Yksi vierailumme parhaista osista oli ilmainen aamiaisbuffet, jossa oli suuri valikoima maukkaita vaihtoehtoja. Huoneemme oli myös vaikuttavan puhdas ja kodikas, mikä sai meidät tuntemaan olonsa kotoisaksi. Hotellissa oli myös niin monia muita asioita, joista pidimme. Sijainti oli erittäin kätevä kaupunkiin tutustumiseen, ja kävelyetäisyydellä oli paljon upeita ravintoloita ja nähtävyyksiä. Ja vaikka minibaari ei ollut täysin täytetty, se ei vaikuttanut kokonaiskokemukseemme millään merkittävällä tavalla. Kaiken kaikkiaan suosittelemme tätä hotellia kaikille, jotka etsivät mukavaa ja nautinnollista oleskelua kaupungin sydämessä.

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Servicepersonal. Auch das Transferpersonal war zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung – ich würde wiederkommen!

This hotel is located in an office building, occupying several floors. There's a convenience store and a coffee shop on the ground floor. Check-in was brilliant! The first at reception spoke some English and checked me in at 7.30 in the morning without a problem. My room was spacious, the bed was large, although on the hard side. At this point the good things about the hotel come to an end. Unfortunately, all the rest is quite bad. The lighting system is broken and you can't turn off the light above the bed unless you take out the key card, but then power outlets go off, so you can't sleep and charge your phone at the same time. Furniture knobs are falling apart, so does the knob on the shower. WiFi was down 2 times during my stay, including a very frustrating 12+ hour outage. Housekeeping doesn't seem to know what a Do Not Disturb sign means, entering the room regardless. Toiletries are the cheapest possible, not corresponding to the hotel name (e.g. Premium), lol. All in all, price/quality ratio was underwhelming. I will not stay here again.

The standards of this hotel was not befitting of Novotel chain. There was no TV guide & electrical chargers were not set up properly & we had to shift the locations to charge my devices. Room was spacious & quiet expect for several tour groups designated on the same floor as ours which resulted unpeaceful nights. Service quality was acceptable but the management should seriously looked into quality & service standards of this hotel.

DON’T BE TRICKED LIKE I WAS The listing says it is a 6 minute drive from Chinggis Khan airport, but it in fact is a 30 minute drive. It is very close to the OLD airport which is not in use anymore. They offer free airport pickup, but we stayed the night before our flight so we did not need pickup, we needed drop off. Even though we didn’t use the free pickup service, we still had to pay $25 USD for airport dropoff. I had emailed the property twice during the week leading up to our stay to ask about drop off service and never got a reply. Also, there is a lack of communication between the staff- When we arrived at the property we had to call 3 times before they finally came to meet us to get our bags, then there was confusion about what room we were supposed to get and we were taken to 3 different rooms before it was the right one. The second one we had already settled in and had a shower before they came and told us it was the wrong room. We didn’t have a car so we walked around the area to find food and there were little to no restaurants, and only a couple of very small markets, so we ended up having to order food from the property restaurant. Every room is different as we discovered from being taken to 3 different rooms. They are verrrry spacious but some are definitely in better condition than others. Fortunately our final room was the best, however there was a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker, cook top, plates, but no silverware, no microwave, and no refrigerator. Why would you have a kitchen area and not have a refrigerator and silverware? There also was a washer in unit but no dryer. We didn’t have time to wait for our clothes to air dry during our one night stay so that was also useless. Overall, it was a cheap stay but you get what you pay for.

Good and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast is amazing.

โรงแรมมีความโบราณได้กลิ่นอายแบบ soviet ทำเลที่ตั้งไม่แย่ ใกล้กับสถานที่จัดงาน Naadam Festival ที่ชั้น 1 ของโรงแรมมีร้านสะดวกซื้อ CU ส่วนอาหารเช้าโอเค ให้ 7/10 แต่ที่ไม่โอเคคือ ห้องน้ำสกปรก อ่างอาบน้ำมีคราบ น้ำไหลลงท่อไม่หมด แถมส้วมชักโครกก็ไม่ดี เพราะเวลากดชักโครกแล้วส้วมตัน โชคดีที่พวกเราร้องเรียนขอเปลี่ยนห้อง พนักงานก็ช่วยเหลือย้ายห้องให้ ห้องใหม่สกปรกน้อยกว่าห้องแรก
