I chose Muwa through Trip.com to make sure my girlfriend would be as comfortable as possible for her very first ski experience—especially since it was her birthday. Neither of us had been to Niseko before, so we had quite a few questions beforehand. Liz was incredibly responsive and helpful over email, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. The concierge team, led by Andreas, welcomed us warmly at check-in, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality immediately made us feel at home. The room itself was modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—providing the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes. We also utilized the in-house ski instructors from True Niseko, which made a huge difference for beginners like us. Arthur and Andrea were patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience fun and much less intimidating. We will definitely come back :)

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable. The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy. It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono We look forward to returning in the future!

This was my third stay at The Maples, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. This time I came with just my boyfriend instead of with family, so handled most of the logistics myself. I really relied on help from the staff and The Maples, before, during and after my trip! Even a month before my trip, I got a lot of help with transportations, ski passes etc through emailing with the staff, who were always so prompt to reply and very friendly. During my stay, they also helped me a lot with dinner reservations etc. Every request or question I had was met with a friendly smile. Of course, I enjoyed the location again immensely. It was great to be able to walk to many of the stores and restaurants, and to also ski in and out. This time I also rented a car and parking at the Maples was always available and easy. The hotel was always bright and clean. My onlyyyy complaint if I had to mention was that my room did not have black out curtains... so I was woken up pretty early every morning by the natural sunlight!! But, this actually helped me to get up there on the slopes bright and early, so a perk after all!

Stayed at Hilton Niseko Village recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The biggest highlight is definitely the ski-in ski-out access, which makes it extremely convenient for anyone coming to Niseko for snowboarding or skiing. You can go straight from the hotel to the slopes without needing transportation. The location is great, surrounded by beautiful snow scenery and close to the ski lifts. The service was also good — staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. However, a couple of things could be improved. The hotel does not provide a microwave, which can be inconvenient if you want to heat up takeaway food. Also, there is no coin laundry service, which might be troublesome for longer stays, especially after days of snow activities. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with a great location for skiing, but adding basic facilities like a microwave and coin laundry would make the experience even better.

A very comfortable and clean apartment with amazing views and in a great location. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to relax with friends on our nights in. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at INTUITION NISEKO during my trip to Niseko, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was help with my luggage or in-room facilities , they made me feel truly valued as a guest. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially the sofa, I even asked for the brand name that I would like to buy a same one for my home. Super thanks to Dorothy for the info she provided! Moreover, I loved waking up to the serene snowy landscape outside my window! If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Niseko, INTUITION is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

Right at the centre of Hirafu - you have to walk a bit upslope to the ski lifts. Check in is at another building / hotel so beware if you're not driving. The space is well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, as well as heaters. There is also a ski locker on the ground floorwhere you can pit your ski equipment. However we noticed a smell of fresh renovating works once we entered the room - though we're not sure where that came from. If you're driving, beware they only have 2 parking spaces in front of the building which are not designated for guests. So if someone else parked that space, you have to find somewhere where you're not considered a hassle. Note you are not supposed to park behind the building nor the space next to the 2 parking spaces.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. It was plentiful, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from each morning. I also thoroughly enjoyed the on-site hot springs. They were relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, my room offered a stunning view, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an excellent base with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
