"Location: Best location ever in Zhaoqing. Right opposite the 7-star lake central facade. Below the mixed-use building is a small mall with ample food and grocery choices. Service: Best avoided if you do not speak Chinese. Keep advising me to take a taxi from GZ which would be extremely expensive when cheaper alternatives are available. Did not provide check-in prior yet operated like Airbnb with check-in lobby and rooms on different levels of the building. Door lock PW changes daily but did not pre-advise leading to being locked-out. Located in a mix-use building and so hard to find if you were not advised beforehand what and where to go. Cleanliness: Messy check-in lobby. Rooms cleanliness so-so with hair and roaches found in sink. (See pix) Room: Booking title says facing Lakeview but small print says city-view. Wasted on upgrading. Duplex room with narrow stairs making it challenging for elderly. Facilities: Washing machine located in room. Value: Will not come back. There are better alternatives. Key considerations: (Wifi, hot shower, air-con, hygiene and service). Wifi and hot shower are okay. Air-con, hygiene and service are below par. Comments: This is not a hotel. Neither is it managed like Airbnb where host will do their best to communicate with guest. Hygiene and service not up to standard. Mix-use building seems to have a number of Airbnb-type operations, delivery personnel, retail, F&B shops and offices so people are in and out of building at all times yet there is no security personnel at lift lobby."

"Near with Muslim Restaurant , East Gate Mosque and Chengdong Mosque. Very near with Qixingyan Archway Gate and Seven Star Crag Scenery. The counter services very nice and help us a lot. The room was spaces but the toilet always smell someone smoking. The smoke will come through air ventilation in the toilet. Over all the room was good to us."

"Great hotel. Very clean, modern design and furnishings. Seems very new but also well kept. Excellent quality to price ratio. We did get upgraded as the hotel was full. Air conditioning was strong, which was great because it was super hot weather while we were there. The Toto toilet seat is a huge plus, as were the twin basins and tea set. The surroundings are quite peaceful, convenience store around the corner, free parking and EV charging is available next door. Will return."

"Room is huge, tub is clean and comfortable. The bed is kind of soft, didn't get good sleep. There's a wedding in the morning so super noisy. Location is super good just by the lake. Shower is great"

"Crazy room, straight out of a Victorian movie scene. Also never saw a urinal beside a toilet, that’s what’s up. I can also smoke in the room which I definitely took advantage of because that will never happen again. Overall for $100 10/10"

"體驗差，走廊與牆壁均為水泥材質，無任何吸音措施，關門聲、腳步聲、隔壁房間講話聲清晰入耳。房間正對露天宵夜店，卡拉OK及嘈雜聲持續至凌晨一兩點，完全無法入睡。前台服務缺失，未提供任何入住温馨提示，包括第2天半馬限行等。本人一向體諒民宿經營不易，不輕易給低分，但本次實在難以忍受，退房時向前台反映了吵雜聲，竟然解釋“是外面的卡拉OK聲，不是我們的，我們控制不了”，沒有任何的歉意，無語。所以不給差評都不行。另房間確實很大但佈局一般，床頭對着衞生間，怪怪的，衞生還可以。"

"這次帶父母去肇慶，選這家輕奢民宿太明智了！父母習慣早睡早起，而民宿24小時都能入住，還隨時有前台服務，我們抵達時是清晨，工作人員依舊熱情接待，還主動推薦附近的早餐店，特別貼心。民宿的簡約風裝修讓父母很喜歡，沒有繁複裝飾，整體清爽又整潔。 地理位置在市中心核心區，步行10分鐘就能到牌坊廣場，父母看音樂噴泉時特別開心；夜遊星湖時吹着湖風，連説舒服；逛紫荊西堤時還能買些本地特產，帶着長者也不用擠公交，全程輕鬆省心。房間全明大窗通風好，我們選的北面房型能看到北嶺山的綠意，早上清風拂面很愜意。衞生乾淨、設施齊全，房價實惠送免費礦泉水，200多個車位的停車場解決了自駕難題，下次家庭遊還選這裏！"

"This hotel was located in a fantastic spot with loads of restaurants, cafes, bars and coffee shops with really comfortable water side out door dining. The large balcony had a beautiful view. The room was large and spacious, the bathroom was clean and fantastic water pressure and hot water in the shower."

"酒店很不錯，雖然設施稍顯陳舊，但是打掃的比較乾淨。房間挺大，兩張1.3米的床很舒適。衞生間也寬敞，可惜淋浴噴頭不太好，不過水量充足，淋浴很舒適。停車場在門口，很大很近。沒有早餐，周邊吃飯非常方便。網速差一點。服務熱情周到，非常好！"

"The hotel is located 40 minutes away from GZ South railway station, and 40 minutes Zhaoqing East train station in a great area, 10 minute walk from Scenic areas and the lake. I had a lake view room which was comfortable. There are many restaurants around and you can take boats on the lake to visit different beautiful areas. It is not easy to find at first and as there is no reception and you cannot check-in, so ensure you contact them previously (I called the hotel and got their wechat, we communicated that way). They will give you your room code so you can enter. We had issues with the code and after sending a message a man came very soon to help. The rooms smelled a bit of smoke and they were non-smoking. There is no breakfasts included but plenty of shops around to buy bread, fruit juices, tea shops, luckin coffee, 7 eleven, supermarket, etc. We enjoyed the Thai restaurant just outside the hotel and the Italian Restaurant on the 2nd floor when getting out."
