This homestay is so so comfortable, so clean and new and very nicely and thoughtfully designed, it makes us want to retire in a house just like this! Our hosts are a family, very hospitable, helpful and sweet, they make us feel right at home. The older, strong Uncle insisted on helping us carry our luggage up the mountain as we made our way up to the scenic spot! We also love their breakfast - fresh, with a decent variety that will hold us over for hours. This location is as close to the entrance of the bus terminal that will take us up the mountain (no taxis or private cars are allowed up), so if you want to spend time up there, this is a good location. 这家民宿真的非常舒服！房间干净崭新，设计得美观，贴心，让我们都想退休后住进这样的房子里！房东是一家人，非常热情好客、乐于助人又亲切，让我们感觉像在家一样自在。那位健壮的叔叔还坚持帮我们把行李扛上山，一路陪我们走到景区呢. 我们也很享受他们家的早餐——很新鲜，种类足够让我们撑上好几个小时。 这里的位置离上山巴士站入口很近（私家车和出租车不允许上山），如果想在山上多玩会儿，选这里准没错！

山裡寒舍民宿設施較齊全，但淋浴和馬桶連在一起，導致洗浴後水不太易排出；酒店衞生乾淨整潔；環境不錯，處在半山腰，空氣清新，與大自然融為一體，很有特色，晚上睡覺挺安靜，離索道大約4公里左右；工作人員服務好，在瓊台接我們到酒店，第二天早上又送我們去坐索道。

此行去武當山住的是山上南巖景區新開的民宿道隱仙居，環境非常的美，自然景觀美輪美奐，周邊羣山環繞，雲霧繚繞，清晨陽光灑下，傍晚夕陽餘暉映照，宛如仙境。山水庭院，隨手一拍都是大片！ 房間為中式雅緻風，木質傢俱搭配青磚黛瓦，古韻十足。同時配備智能聲控燈、智能馬桶、暖氣空調等現代化設施，還有品牌家電、衞浴，mini冰箱、茶具、浴袍等，床品舒適。住的安心，睡的特別舒心！ 庭院為中式風格，迴廊曲折，山水相依，還有奇石、綠植點綴，充滿東方韻味，營造出寧靜雅緻氛圍。庭院設有茶室，休息區，我們在庭院中品茶、聽琴、看星星，享受慢生活，放鬆身心，拋開煩惱壓力，感覺內心非常的愜意及寧靜。 餐廳臨山而建，呈270度山景，可邊用餐邊賞金頂。食材選用當地農家菜，如武當野菜、土雞湯、清蒸河鮮等，味道清淡鮮爽，能品嚐到大自然的味道。 民宿服務人員熱情周到，能及時滿足客人需求，提供優質服務，如幫忙安排行程、介紹景點等。 武當之行，住道隱仙居，特別的美好，下次來依然選擇住在這裏，非常的棒，值得推薦！

This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

I was warmly greeted and the lady at the reception made a great effort to speak to me in English. I got a big room with everything you need including a hairdryer. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom including the shower. And as it was winter with cold temperatures outside (down to - 12°C) I really appreciated the hot shower and the air condition which was able to heat up the room quite fast. Breakfast was like a small menu, a noodle dish, corn congee, an egg, sticky rice, jiaozi and more. They also serve dinner and have a great variety of food to offer. So I enjoyed my stay there very much. Again the staff was very friendly and helped me with ordering and were also waiting patiently until I had translated the menu and chosen the dishes I wanted. Oh yes, and if you want to enjoy a beer with the meal, you can buy that at the reception.

If you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

We had a wonderful stay at Wudang Mountain Yiheju! Our room was very convienient and comfortable, but the best were the owners. They were friendly, polite and very helpful. As it was our first time in China, we had some difficulties. They helped us with a good mood to solve various problems. They were very helpful! The cuisine was excellent, with a variety of Chinese recipes and very high quality. Overall, for the 16 nights we stayed, people did everything to make us feel comfortable and acclimatized. We highly recommend Wudang Mountain Yiheju! Through website recommendations, i picked this small hotel mid-way up the Wudang Mountain at QiXingShu (七星树)，As expected, the room provides basic need to stay overnight. It’s cold but heater is available. The young lady boss (小范) is friendly and helpful. She recommended 腊肉炒竹笋 which is very good. I finished all after I ascended the peak and returned. For those who want to climb the peak for sjnset or sunrise the next morning, this is a good choice. P/S: remember to bring along LED torchlight for morning climb as there isn’t any lamp post along the way. It could be risky when the road surface is covered with ice. Also, a good pair of hiking shoes are recommended.

太平湖畔的新中式療愈之旅，體驗遠超預期 此次入住雲野酒店，完全刷新了我對度假住宿的期待，從預約到退房，每一處細節都盡顯用心。酒店選址太絕，藏在太平湖畔，推門就是清幽景緻，竹林步道更是驚喜，晨起漫步時聽着竹葉沙沙、伴着湖水波光，連呼吸都變得舒緩。 我們入住的是攬山居獨棟房型，新中式風格設計感拉滿，沒有刻意堆砌元素，木質紋理與淡雅色調搭配得恰到好處，既顯雅緻又不沉悶。最愛的是小院，景觀獨一份的靈動，酒店還貼心準備了茶具，午後坐在茶桌旁煮茶觀景，時光都慢了下來。 服務更是無可挑剔，管家提前就主動聯繫，發來房間視頻、酒店餐飲菜單和周邊娛樂攻略，還反覆確認入住當天的到店時間，提前幫我們通知廚房備好預訂的午餐。沒想到2人份的面分量大到驚人，感覺夠6人吃，實在實在。入住時有新鮮的歡迎果盤，房間裏的浴缸配了一次性浴缸套，泡個澡瞬間洗去旅途疲憊，細節滿分。 晚餐訂了營地燒烤，食材和炭火早早在湖畔備好，擺渡車準時接送，菜量依舊很足，吃得超滿足。退房時還收到了酒店贈送的拿鐵，暖心又有儀式感。遇到小插曲時，酒店響應速度很快，管家的服務意識特別強，全程不用費心。 唯一小建議是早餐種類可再豐富些，營地燒烤能加些蜂蜜和濕辣醬，房間若添一面落地鏡會更方便。但整體體驗遠超預期，下次來太平湖，一定還選雲野！
