"一家三口去的，還給升級了房間，房間的衞生和整體設施都不錯，在商場裏面也方便，累了就可以回去休息。最重要一點我想説這家服務人員簡直都太好了，每個服務人員都有求必應，我説房間冷，不厭其煩的給我找暖和的房間，我説不換了還主動問詢是送電暖氣，貼心的給延遲了退房，帶孩子溜達完了還回酒店睡了一覺，簡直太貼心了。前台有個氣質很好的姐姐送我們到的房間，走的時候也幫忙拿袋子裝東西。經常出門，很少評價，見過五星酒店服務好的，這麼貼心的真的很少見，強烈推薦！！！"

"The hotel itself situated in a commercial building on the 14th floor but I didn’t expected, so it was difficult for us to find. I couldn't use the automatic check in system as we hold English passport and don't have China ID card, but the staff was very helpful and helped us to do manually check in, also refunded 50 Yuen to my account as they couldn't offer the big room I booked. The location of this hotel is good as very close to underground and train station with plenty of restaurants nearby."

"The hotel is very nice. Absolutely ALL the staff is super friendly and are always willing to help, despite not speaking the language they have made an effort to meet all our needs. The room surprised us a lot, because everything is perfect for the children. We were there with our 3 children (11, 5 and 3 years old) and the truth is that there is entertainment for all ages! There is small football, board games, ping pong table, billiard table, karaoke, there are also chicks and alpacas and a panda show. Breakfast is very well stocked, there is food for all tastes. The pools and hot springs are in very good condition. Thank you very much to all the staff for making us feel welcome the whole time, we will definitely be back very soon."

"選擇這家是因為面積和地理位置，實際整體滿足預期，環境乾淨、設備齊全。電熱水器比較需要點時間來研究調整，洗澡小心燙/涼到；偶爾會聽見附近地鐵經過的聲音，大部分時間都相當安靜； 房東回復迅速，可以電子密碼入住，免卻了聯繫等候的時間耽誤，相當方便的。（友友表示入住兩天都直覺稍有不適，但我就沒感覺有啥，查了附近也沒什麼案件之類的，可能是心理作用，可能是附近少人居住的原因）"
