Satisfaisant pour une ou 2 nuits La chambre était un peu défraîchie cependant, tâche moquette et sur les murs. Bon petit déjeuner.

Colazione molto buona e varia. Posizione buona in quanto vicina alla fermata del bus che porta alla m2. Personale molto disponibile ed educato.

酒店被子是三層，很舊很差， 這家酒店簡直不能再差勁了。從一開始 reservation就出了問題,根本沒有預訂到我們要的房型,服務態度非常不好。入住時房間還沒有準備好,設施破敗不堪,浴室裏全是水漬,床上也很臟。晚上睡不好,被人工音響和外面車水馬龍的聲音吵到難以入眠。第二天早上房間服務還沒有來,被子床單也沒有換過。吃早餐時間很少,東西少又難吃。最重要的是這裏的保安和前台服務人員態度非常不友善,問問題也不耐煩。而房費比同等水平的酒店還貴多了。以後再也不會住這兒,輕言推薦給其他人,也不想看到有 guests 不幸選擇這裏度假。這家酒店真應該好好照看服務質量,否則連一星級的評價都不如。

Ottima location, personale disponibile, prezzo buono per Milano. Ottima anche la colazione.

I have been in better hotels of same range, poor quality breakfast and barely minimum cleanliness. In my room the water tap was glue with a lot of silicon. I believe a renovation is needed or a more fair price. Parking nearby is impossibile, be prepared to pay for hotel parking if available.

Decent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean. Breakfast buffet left us pretty disappointed. Definitely not a 4 star experience

Très bon hôtel Nous avons passé une nuit à cet hôtel, un peu à l’extérieur de Milan mais très agréable. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Très bon service. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Il y a un parking extérieur gratuit et sinon un payant en sous sol. Je recommande!

non ci torno un elogio a due SIGNORI in reception che si sono prodigati per risolvere problemi di igiene e pulizia in camera, ma per il resto è tutto negativo. un hotel 4 stelle di questo livello in centro a milano non può permettersi di essere cosi trascurato. il direttivo dovrebbe rifletterci su mi dispiace , io non ci torno più ! Perfect The hotel was perfect. The size of the bedroom is very good, the breakfast is complete, the personal always willing to help and the location is very good in terms of restaurants and gastronomic offers.

Soddisfatto iH Hotel ha soddisfatto le mie esigenze ed aspettative. Tra l altro si trova a pochi passi dagli Studi Cross Studio e da un ottimo ristorante Argentino.
