"Hotel is conveniently located 15 min walk/5 min drive to 新興客運站.  Reception, restaurant, and lobby bar service are all good. Buffet breakfast is also nice particularly for vegetarians.  Will stay here again if i visit the place next time."

"Definitely a 5 star experience From the moment we arrived at the Hotel entrance, we were greeted by smiling staff ready to take our luggage and opening our car doors. Our room was already set to a comfortable temperature and smelling of beautiful scent from the essential oils burning as we entered. There were also a variety of fresh fruit and cookies on the table with a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel. Without going into more details, this basically set the tone of our entire stay, which is outstanding !! No need to mention that the food at the restaurants were great, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful."

"酒店離東街、廟街、文昌橋等老城中心區較遠，感覺地段不是中心區域，但周圍商店也不少，餐飲方便，麥當勞就在旁邊。酒店裝修比較新，黑白基調，時尚大氣。本次住的是豪華雙床房，房間很大，寬敞明亮，兩張1.5米大床，床品舒服好睡，房間衞生做得挺好，乾淨整潔。設備智能化程度相對較高。房間隔音較好，雖然窗外有馬路車輛過往噪音較大，但關緊窗户後房間很安靜。酒店內走道、洗衣房、電梯廳等公共區域都很寬敞亮堂，酒店後面有地下停車場，可免費停車。 入住當天在8樓碰到的保潔阿姨服務特別好，當時因為前台安排的房間還是有煙味，就想看看該樓層的其他房間，保潔阿姨就很配合帶着我們看了幾間可入住的房間，在房間選定後，還主動聯繫前台幫我們更改房間，還請前台讓機器人送鑰匙上來更換，整個過程態度友好，溝通順暢，做事條理清晰，給這位保潔阿姨點贊。 不足之處：房間沒有自動夜燈，夜裡上衞生間要摸黑找開關，很不方便；早餐比較粗簡，品種也較少，截止時間是10：30，但9：30左右下去，有些東西已經見底了，牛奶已經沒有了，也一直未補給。早餐如果是另買，每份要68元，如果住宿是不含早餐的，現買的話，這個價格性價比就太低了。"

"旅遊住的這家酒店，必須給個好評！先説位置，離景區和車站都不遠，出門就有公交，打車也方便。周邊有特產街，晚上不愁沒地方逛。房間乾淨整潔，該有的都有，住着很舒服。床很軟，枕頭也舒服，這幾天玩得累，每天回來都睡得很香。衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴用品味道也好聞。房間的温泉泡得很舒服，贊！ 服務特別好，前台阿晴很熱情，還給推薦了本地人常去的飯館，果然沒踩雷。退房的時候還送了瓶水，挺貼心的。整體體驗很好，價格也公道，性價比挺高的。下次來還住這家！”"

"本來衹是國慶期間不知道去哪裡的瞎轉悠，酒店是在中途高速休息的時候定的，剛到的時候發現周圍什麼都沒有，心裏還涼了半截，停好車後走進去發現別有洞天。房間很大很寬敞，也很有設計感，中秋節還送了月餅和水果。晚上我出門回去比較晚，老闆娘説本來想喊我吃晚飯，然後我遲遲沒回去。於是就叫我一起吃田螺和燒烤，這是廣東人的中秋習俗。聊得很開心很晚，回去發現老闆在一樓坐着，我説怎麼還沒休息不會在等我吧？老闆笑呵呵説是啊，等我回去鎖門，感覺真的很暖心。讓我一個人的中秋過得並不孤單，難忘的一天！"
