Its is very nice and travel friendly hotel near China town. In the reception there is a man named Amir is ready to service your need. He is very polite and humble person. Love to write and wish to stay here when i will be in Malaysia.

The hotel are not so bad. but the staff guy he is so lazy to do his work. its "AHMED" his name asked to change cheet metrad and pillows but he didn't do it after he say yes,and he cheated 5Rm for the room every day to his pocket from us we know the real price later.He still run out many times for his gray business not stand at work. He treated the guest like we are there for free room ha ha. He takes care only the guest who supports his business. I don't know why landlord of hostel still keeping him therefore!!! I have been there 2 times this year but still the same not thing better. Only the wall is changed to be nice...!!

I wanted to share my recent experience staying at the Oasis Guest House, which I booked through your platform. Upon arrival on April 7th, 2024, around 4 p.m., my friend and I encountered an issue with check-in. Despite our timely arrival, there was nobody at the reception, and we had to wait an unusually long time to secure our room. This delayed start to our stay was certainly inconvenient and set a disappointing tone for our visit. Furthermore, once we were finally settled into our room, we were dismayed to find that the accommodations did not meet our expectations. The room was uncomfortably hot, and despite our request for an air-conditioned room, we were informed that none were available. This lack of a basic amenity greatly detracted from our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. Based on our experience, I sincerely advise against booking a stay at the Oasis Guest House. While I understand that issues can arise in any accommodation, the combination of poor service and inadequate facilities made our visit less than satisfactory. Thank you for considering my feedback. I trust that you will take appropriate action to address these concerns and ensure a better experience for future guests. Warm regards, Naresh

Bed bugs are my number one no-nos. Typically I avoid any accommodation at the mere mentions of bed bugs, but this I had to book last minute based on whatever few options that are still available and I didn't have the time to check the review, and I really regretted it. I have never been bitten so badly in my life and I am going home with a lot of bite scars. I couldn't even get a proper sleep for two nights in a row! To the guesthouse, please kindly look into some measures to exterminate the bed bugs.

This place was really so bad. In fairness, the room is as advertised - small & basic. So no surprises or complaints there. Complaints are these: 1. Upon arrival I was told the room I booked was full and unavailable. The reason given was that there was only 1 such room and the guest decided to extend. “out of our control” was the apology. The solution was that I paid more money for a different room. While waiting for that room another guest arrived that booked the same room as me and was also told that it was unavailable. Interesting, surely if there’s only 1 of these rooms in the first place then why are they taking multiple bookings for it ?! 2. The place stinks cats. It’s disgusting. There’s not many windows to air out the building, and the guesthouse doesn’t look or feel clean. So there just a constant horrible smell of cats. It’s pretty gross. 3. Apparently there’s only 1 aircon remote control for the entire guesthouse, so the reception keep that and you must ask anytime you want to change. Quite annoying at night. 4. Bathrooms are mouldy and not so clean. Overall this is the worst experience I’ve had staying at any guesthouse/hostel.
