"Hotel location is good, right in front of the public jetty. Nearby have many seafood restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket, mamak stalls. Very convenient, all walking distance, don't really need a car to move around.
Standard Room is ok, size -wise. However, the room is abit dirty as the floor is very sticky. Toilet is basic, quite run-down. You need to climb one flight of stairs, so make sure you nothing too heavy.
Sometimes you'll have the smell / smoke from the seafood restaurant downstairs in the hallway.
Very thin walls, can easily hear other guests' noise."

"Great location. Easy to walk to anywhere. I am a solo female traveller and feel safe here. Night time can be noisy, so recommend to bring earplugs for light sleeper. The owner was so kind. He helped send me to klinic at night due to food poisoning. They do provide hairdryers, towels, and bath amenities."

"Semporna is an interesting place to visit, with several islands surrounded by coral reefs for snorkeling and diving, more beautiful than many other snorkeling spots worldwide. Staying at this hostel instead of moving to an island resort is a good way to budget. And not only that, the fish market in Semporna is the most incredible one I have seen, seafood like lobsters, large shrimps, crabs so fresh, not even the one at Kota Kinabalu can be compared good as it was too. The DZ hostel lady staff was very helpful and can arrange for island trips at a reasonable price. The dorms are separated into boys and girls, something I truly appreciate. The bathrooms faced the afternoon sun, so they were dried easily and kept clean. Laundry by machine was offered free, a super plus for swimmers. The hostel also offered local Malay snack food for breakfast, and coffee or tea were always available. To be honest, it's a good budget place to stay while splurging on the island tours. It's a bit sad that no cooking is allowed here, even though there was a kitchen. Sad because the seafood mentioned above was so available. The facade of the building is nothing to boast about, and like many places, the external (streets, pavement, eyc) can be a mess. That should not deter visiting this part of the world mainly because the sea in this area is astoundingly replenished with marine life."

"Second stay with them. Excellent location, right smack at the centre of the town, near to many convenient stores, pharmacies, jetty, dive centres, restaurants. Located on the first floor and only stairs available. Space is clean & comfortable. Other travellers are usually quiet and respectful. Definitely will repeat my stay again!"

Spent 2 nights here. The rooms were clean and tidy, price was affordable, and the customer service was excellent. The noise that the owner mentioned was not a problem as I did not hear any and had a good night rest. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the jetty. Definitely enjoyed my stay here and would recommend those coming to Semporna to have a stay here.

我們在仙本那打車🚗都是用grap 軟件，就是因為是去年10月份開始營業的，grap 地圖上還沒有Q3 INN HOTEL ，所以打車可以選擇 grace hotel ，或者霸王茶姬，因為走路就20米左右吧， 非常近
酒店有免費的杯麪，小零食，還有飲料，有咖啡機免費提供☕️咖啡和熱水，我們都比較養生，都是自己帶水杯接這裏的熱水喝.
酒店離龍門客棧碼頭 非常近，走路7-8分鐘. 房間陽台就能看見碼頭.
酒店設施都是新的，但沒有裝修的味道，這一點很好. 老闆娘非常用心的經營. 值得點贊👍 住在這裏
樓下就是海鮮餐廳，我和朋友連續好幾晚都是直接在海鮮坊 是的海鮮，隔壁是賣黑刺榴蓮的，那個榴蓮也超好吃. 非常正宗.
我們離開的那天，我水杯落在酒店了，老闆娘剛好當天晚上7:00也飛回廣州. 還把我的水杯送到機場，真的太感動了， 我都過了安檢 ，在登記口了，老闆娘還幫我聯繫安檢工作人員，讓他們打開玻璃門，把我的藍色摺疊小水杯送到我手裡. 超NICE ❤️
我和朋友連住了三個晚上. 最後走的前一晚還去了酒店樓下 的酒吧🍷，聽當地的人唱華語歌.
感覺也很不錯.
不足的地方可能就是，牙刷有一點軟，空調最好有擋風罩，另外靠近馬路的房間可以加強隔音，還有衣架可以多幾個，因為每天要出海，需要晾曬衣服. 多一些衣架會非常方便，還有洗衣液，我自帶了一瓶很小的，用完了，這邊衹有洗衣粉.
總之：住在這裏，我朋友説是 性價比之王，之前我們是打算去住馬達京島上的水屋的，也是緣分 住了這個酒店. 挺不錯的. 很贊😎 👍👍

very convenient in terms of location. rate per night is also reasonably affordable. friendly and helpful staff. cleanliness is very good. room is quite spacious. facilities is good. only have to walk up the stairs for those with luggage is quite a hassle. overall is really recommended.

staff is helpful and kind. consider to give us check in 1hr early from the check in time. we check out at 7am because we go to island hopping and they give us to leave our luggage at the hotel and shower there. thankyou so much. will repeat after this. overall 10/10 👍👍👍

Good value for the price, nice friendly staff, they can arrange tours and give you directions to your places of Interest, not right in the center of town but still at a walkable distance plus there’s restaurants and markets right next to it. Ample reception room allows you to bring your own food or even make breakfast .

Good location near to the jetty. Toilet condition is a bit dirty. Some water heaters not working.
There is a mezzanine floor where people go for breakfast and refill water. It is just above the ground floor rooms so you can hear people walking above you especially in the morning

Расположение в центре, всё рядом. Достаточно чисто. С оформлением, обслуживанием без проблем. Но номер был без окон, очень маленький, с ужасным запахом плесени, который за ночь не выветрился. Жёсткие кровати, никакого интерьера, окно в коридор, где всю ночь горел свет. Напоминает бесплатную больницу в отдаленных регионах. Спали очень плохо. Завтрак символический: лапша, яйца и чай, кофе. На следующий день переехали в настоящий удобный отель с хорошим завтраком и существенно дешевле.
