"Very nice location, didn't know their kitchen would consist of a microwave and a fridge, met nice people, staff was mostly helpful and nice, there was ac in the showers that made the curtains move a lot, my bed was broken and they said they wouldn't be able to move me anywhere else, but there were still so many free beds."

"Not been to too many hostels, but this probably takes the #1 spot. The lobby/gathering area is so spacious, open concept, seats all around, pple could easily mingle. A small courtyard in between 2 blocks of accom. Beds are clean and comfortable, curtains available for your own privacy and lights bright enough alongside the bed. Location-wise, really central to the few places i wanted to see, all within walking distance(or perhaps it was the location that selected the sights for me)."

"Located in Lavapies not far from the main attractions in city center and at walking distance to Atocha train station, it has a rooftop with a bar - it closes at night though and another cafeteria-like social area with a good kitchen by the lobby. As a large hostel it tends to have groups of first-time travellers but it is still possible to socialize; they promote games, walking tours, pub crawlings etc Beds are perfect, capsule style with curtains and air conditioner on all day long."

"Good location, quiet and safe area. Kitchen to cook but the other residents didn't like it when I tried to use the kitchen. Separate rooms for men and women but I chose to stay in the men's room to be with my son. I never had an issue in there. Some of the staff were kind and some was rude and gossipping to other customers us. The problem was the second day when I tried to use the women”s bathroom when I woke up in the morning -as I was advised to by the staff- and some Latino women didn't allowed me to go to the toilet. I went to the men's bathroom although they didn't like it too using theirs. In the afternoon I went again to take a shower, again in the women's room, and two other Latino women started talking and talking, making recommendations and problem. Again I left. Asked the receptionist about their boss to file a complaint but nowhere to be found. Just like Acacias and Thirty One so in Las Rosas the same boss but hiding. You can”t contact them.The same company owns these three and four more hostels and I realised this is the way they operate. They definitely have a personal issue with me and I don”t know if it is because I am a European citizen and not a Latina or it is something else. But that kind of bullying I've suffered in their hostels is unexceptable and I will not allow it. I will proceed in the court against them as they treat me like they are superior, they bullied me and they have to get what they deserve. So I will see them in court. As for their other hostel Rio who have cancelled our reservations and caused us so much trouble yesterday, I will write my review for them in every detail. So disrespectful and so unprofessional."

"Ehkä ulkomailla hotellit ovat kalliimpia. Ympäristö oli hintansa väärti. Lakanoita ei oltu kovin puhtaita, hiustenkuivaaja oli käytettävissä vain kaksi tuntia ja vedenpaine vaihteli. Matkatavaroiden säilytystä ei ollut ilmaiseksi, ja se maksoi 9 euroa päivässä. Onneksi ilmastointi oli riittävän kylmä, mutta koska menimme yöbussilla Lissaboniin, sijainti lähellä linja-autoasemaa oli ongelma. Wi-Fi oli ok, ja nukuin hyvin. Meluisa sää ei ollut ongelma."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. The hostel is beautifully decorated and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Everything is very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hygiene standards are clearly very high. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made the whole experience even better with their kindness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Everything was just average for me. Staff were nice, everything was clean and wifi was good. But just no social aspect, 30 people all in one big room with someone always making noise. Black walls everywhere are so bland and depressing, they should add some colour to brighten the place up."

"Near the city center and all sightseeing spots, I just walk to all places I want to go. The room is clean and nice, facing the street but not too noisy if close the window. Got shampoo in the bathroom. Staffs are friendly. Very nice experience overall."
