mature grand style hotel with a huge lobby and many hotel services, within walking distance from metro and Harbin main station, excellence breakfast , and the breakfast restaurant of palace size. no noise on 18 floor and very warm inside in winter. its not far from the people's square, Stalin park, bridge and cable car across the river, with many shopping centres.

The hotel is very easy to get to and located right where the Chinese Baroque street is. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and does not smell. The amenities are well equipped. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The O.A Smith water dispenser was very convenient and easy to use. The lighting control was easy to use and scene settings were thoughtful. The room was equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control which was nice to have. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Would recommend.

Hotel was renovated in 2024 according to the description but it didn’t seem like it. The room overall was quite dirty. Not sure if they ever cleaned the carpet because my luggage caught a lot of hair (both long and short). Saw all the hair on the counter top where the luggage was placed. Never had this situation at other hotels we stayed at during this trip. There were cigarette burns on the carpet too.In addition, there were strands of hair on the sheet under the blanket and also on the sink countertop. Lastly toilet smelled of pee and cigarette smoke. I also had to request for a replacement of the kettle as the inside had something smeared (felt rough like concrete) Would not stay there again.

If we have choice, we will not stay in this hotel. There is no sound proof between the rooms, I can hear loud and clear the noise from the other room. There is gap on both side of the bathroom curtain so whoever in the bathroom can be seen.

This hotel is clean, modern with spacious rooms. The hotel staff was quick to resolve any issues that we had and they also provided free airport transfer. The restaurant provided breakfast as well as in room service at a good rate.

The room is very spacious and clean. Location is great. There is a supermarket on level 1 which was very convenient. Also a coffee shop and the flower shop nearby. The staffs and the manager Mu QiaoXuan are all very welcoming and helpful. Overall amazing experience

地理位置超級好，服務熱情，酒店環境很好，乾淨衞生，保潔大媽會問你需不需要打掃，真的，早餐還可以，不是託，遼寧來旅遊的，真的很好，性價比超級高

下飛機到的當晚都快12點了 民宿很好找 司機的停車點下車走到民宿不過百步路 老闆要給我們升級民國風格套房 還特意帶我們去參觀了一下 但是我們就是從上海過來的 所以就婉拒了 房間很清爽 是我們喜歡的 供暖非常給力 床品睡的也比較舒服 門口就是有名的包子鋪（中午才開始營業 有點菜） 民宿的位置其實是四通八達的 前門後門都能走 附近很多好吃的 可以逛的點也是 去中央大街我們做的地鐵 很近 門口的天然冰塊大冰箱凍梨 凍紅果子免費拿～

位置好，離着哈站火車站10分鐘內車程，旁邊就是服裝城，哈爾濱學院，黑龍江大學等地方。 吃飯，交通也方便，主要是老闆和工作人員服務意識好，以後還會繼續入住，祝生意興隆！
