We enjoyed our stay here. Room is clean and of a good size. Everything is good. No complaints. Like the night sensor light in the room. Very useful when going toilet in the night. There are some cafe, restaurants in surrounding buildings if need to find food.

The location is just across the shopping malls. Room is spacious. There are coffee machine available near the reception. Dessert available in the evening.

Great location and just opposite Star Avenue. Love their free coffee and desert drinks at lobby area. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. The daily free buffet breakfast is very nice and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

hotel location is excellent. It is directly opposite the Star Avenue mall so we could just cross over the road to get our meals and shopping done. Hotel amenities is also impressive - its side door will lead you to a mini mart. There is also flower tea and unlimited supply of freshly brew coffee. There is also a laundry room for complementary washing of clothes. Hotel Front desk staff are quite helpful but one that stands out is Xiao Wang. He always goes out of his way to make our stay a pleasant one.

Had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and featured a modern design. I’ll definitely rebook if I visit Hangzhou again. The staff were incredibly friendly and always offered me tea or desserts whenever I returned from outside.

Location, Service and Room all good.

The services from the very first service delivery point was good. The front desk officials were very helpful and accommodating. They were able to get me good price specials on the room o extend for 1 night. The doorman was also very helpful and respectful! 👏👏👏 Once I’ve got to the room, it was very clean, no dust on the tables or window sill, nor the bathroom shelves & counters. The room came with full amenities and the ventilation of air was good during the night and day time. The breakfast could be adjusted a bit where there will be a more variety of foods available on the counter tops for the guests. They can also include an iron board and iron into the rooms for urgent use.
