"We recently held a wedding for a family member at the Bristol Hotel. Everyone we dealt with, from the event manager, to the wedding planner, front desk staff, concierge, servers, chefs, housekeeping etc. was very helpful, receptive to our questions and concerns, and flexible enough to pull together exactly the event we wanted. The hotel offered us numerous extra perks that we didn't ask for, but really appreciated. Every time we reached out to them with a request we knew that they would genuinely find a way to make things work for us, and that was very calming and helpful when planning such an important event. The ballroom was beautifully decorated, the food delicious, and we received wonderful reviews from all of our guests!"

"Hotel needs a renovation, bathrooms were very old. It is a reasonable hotel for one night, Staff is very friendly, breakfast reasonable, diner very good. Location good. However rooms at the front has problems with the noice of the traffic and the moskee (we did not, but a lot of people in our group). We were with a group travel, first we had a room at the first floor in the back, terrible noice because of the generator, than we received a room at the side at the third floor (very quiet), good and big room. Second time we received again a room at the first floor at the other side, however also with a lot of noice of the generator. Then we received a room at the front at the third floor. As mentioned we did not have problems with the traffic and the moskee, however the room was small and need a big renovation. "

"The location is a bit out of the way, but the hygiene is excellent. Breakfast is a simple Middle Eastern style meal. Room service is standard, bottled water is available on demand. The front desk staff are welcoming and always help arrange taxis to the airport and Petra."

"The food quality was as good as a 3-star hotel, not as wide varieties as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Same food every day. Water in the bathroom wasn't strong. I can't imagine I enjoyed the bath in my rented home more than it! Room cards didn't always work in the elevators! The hotel staff was good, though."
