"It was awful! The hotel is absolutely filthy! Toilet didn’t work and was dirty, the furniture was broken and looked like trash. The photos of the hotel which were on the site, didn’t match at all. couldn’t stay in that hotel, it was impossible. I asked for the refund but they refused. I paid 100% for the booking in advance and lost it all. I booked the hotel using Ostrovok app. This company wasn’t interested in solving my problem, so basically they did nothing. I’m very disappointed. I would never recommend this hotel or Ostrovok app."

"1. We immediately encountered problems upon check-in: the hotel didn't recognize our reservation, but we were able to check in 10 minutes later after searching for available rooms. 2. The room didn't match what we booked: it was smaller, had only one bed, a smaller bathroom, and a plastic shower. Everything else was in the room, so there were no major complaints. 3. The breakfast was meager. You have to make your own omelette, there's minimal choice, only tea for drinks, no coffee or juice, and only jams and preserves for sweets. The breakfast was disappointing. 4. Upon check-out, we were met with another surprise: they said the room wasn't paid for and we had to pay. We ended up waiting an hour for Trip.com support to resolve the issue. We had all the receipts, but they wouldn't let us go. They asked us to pay again by card. 5. Parking is right across the entrance, and cars are monitored. 6. The music in the hotel played very loudly until midnight. 7. And the most annoying thing, which is why we chose this hotel, was the spa center. We wanted to go there, but it's been closed for a long time, and we don't know when it'll reopen. There's no information on the website about it being closed. If we'd known that, we wouldn't have gone there. The room price is higher than other hotels. 8. The bathroom only has cold water; the hot water tap doesn't even run ice-cold, and that's it. The shower is completely leaky and doesn't flow properly. Overall: problems with check-in and check-out, and the services advertised are not provided. I don't recommend it."

"Breakfast options were generally adequate, and most items were fresh. Only some hot dishes were a little colder than I expected. The staff were polite and helpful; however, table cleaning was a bit slow during busy times. The hotel was spacious, and the view was quite pleasant. Overall, it was a nice experience."

"The hotel was affordable and well-located, but the room's cleanliness left much to be desired. Attached are photos of how I found the bathroom, which appeared practically unclean. I have to say that the hotel's saving grace is the staff, because despite my late-night arrival, the very kind receptionist went out of his way to help me. Even though there was no cleaning lady available at that hour, he personally tidied up my room. Another highlight was the really good breakfast. Overall, good value, fantastic staff, excellent location, but cleanliness could use some work. Would I book again? Most likely, yes. Arriving in a foreign country and immediately finding people who go out of their way to help you outweighs the small inconveniences regarding cleanliness."
