"They located very close to the central train station of Oslo, has very nice front desk officers. They provide towels, shampoos and body washes. They have heat warmer for used towels for reusing. The facilities are relatively old which some of the facilities are aged."

"The hotel’s location is superb, right by the Oslo S train station and by the main shopping district and main sights. Hotel itself seems rather old. The bathroom especially felt like something out of the 1980s. It was small and water pressure was weak. Also there was no bath mat provided, nor any tissue paper, and no amenities like toothpaste toothbrush or shower cap. As we had paid for a larger room, our room was spacious. But it was noisy from people shouting in the street below even at late hours. Also the hotel did not turn on its central heating nor air conditioning. So the room felt stuffy and you would have to open a window. What saves the hotel is the excellent service. Staff were accommodating on requests we made, including for a takeaway breakfast box on our last day as we were taking an early train."

"Good location, good staff , large room but the sofa in the is placed right under the TV. Cleanliness rated 85%, because seems slow and we had to wait for approximately 2hrs before getting into the room. Every other things were fine."

"I had a fantastic time at Clarion Hotel: The Hub in Oslo. The rooms were large, clean, and quiet. I was on the 12th floor and navigating around the hotel was easy. Everything from check-in, to using facilities, to getting around the city was made better by staying here. The hotel has a small pool, two gym areas, and two saunas on the basement floor which were all great to use. The facilities were clean and modern. Even though the facilities are on the smaller side, it was never too busy that you couldn't use them. I used the gym, pool, and sauna every day, at different times of the day, and it was never too crowded. Finally, this hotel has one of the most incredible breakfast buffets I've ever experienced. The food is SO good and I'm so grateful that there were options for both meat eaters and vegans too. Overall a 10/10 experience."

"Overall, my stay was pleasant. Although there was a slight hiccup with my room booking that delayed my check-in, I appreciated the efforts from both the hotel reception (especially Jordan) and Trip’s representative (Nico) in resolving the matter promptly. The room itself was fairly basic, but the superb location and delicious breakfast more than made up for it. I would definitely consider returning and staying again with Clarion Hotels"

"Definitely a busier part of town but we enjoyed being in the middle of it. Could see and hear the water fountains in the park from window. There is a little second level perch/balcony which was amazing to sit at during the evening sun while sipping some of the delicious white wine provided by hotel. Easy walk to the train stations and overall great location for walking to all of the places we wanted to go to. Beds were very comfortable and we had excellent sleep! Morning breakfast was amazing and had a very nice ambiance! I can’t believe the fresh juice station and health shots…America needs to step up the game as far as hotel breakfasts."

"Truly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated and comfortable throughout. When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags. Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in. We loved the room. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, although a bit tight but that's what we expected for hotel rooms in Europe. The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use. I have never seen such massive toiletries and in such generous quantities supplied at any hotel before, which again made us feel very well taken care of. Finally on our check out day our flight was not until 6PM and since checkout is typically at 11AM I requested for just a 1 hr extension. Although they were very busy for it being the beginning of summer holidays, without any hesitation the front desk staff extended our checkout time to 3PM. I was once again very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My last note is to touch on the complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby, as well as the fabulous buffet breakfast they served. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!"

"Mostly great, especially the concierge was very helpful, good food and nice look. Location is best part right in heart of so much stuff. A few miscues among rest of staff were odd for nice hotel."

"The room is clean, breakfast is very good with wide choices available. The service staff is friendly, hard working, and replenishes the food expeditiously. Receptionist is helpful and friendly. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Recommend if you have early train to catch."

"The location is fantastic. The hotel provides for basic facilities. Breakfast can be pre-booked. But it lacks some basic amenties: 1. It lacks a telephone in each room. How are we to reach out to the reception in case of any support ? 2. Majority of travellers from Asia will not carry things like electric plugs (Norway has a typical plug ). So the only way is to now purchase it from a shop. Even that is fine, if you reach the hotel at an odd hour then we will have to wait for the shop to open to purchase the connector/plug. 3. TV channels lack basic english channels. Nowadays satellite channels are cheap atleast connect the TVs to the internet for streaming youtube. 4. Rooms have hangers but lack cupboards. 5. No dental kits or shaving kits etc."
