坐落在景區裏的酒店，從停車區接駁到遊客中心酒店工作人員將行李一路推回酒店，初現貼心服務，酒店工作人員很温暖，去哪裡玩怎麼去，都會有工作人員帶一段路，太貼心了，總會問吃的好不好，住的好不好，生怕我們住的不舒心玩的不開心哈哈哈，一種賓至如歸的感覺。雖然是中途停留一晚，但酒店的房間乾淨衞生，非常安靜。這個小地方真的年味十足，流水席的煙火氣，當地的特色小館，百年建築的那種木材散發出來的香氣讓人非常放鬆。小朋友頭一次對古裝上頭了，來了一次説拍就拍的粧造，酒店小姐姐貼心的為我們從店家爭取到了8折優惠，非常之贊。明顯感覺住到裏面的酒店就會享受到更多的潛在福利。有機會還來！推薦

Facilities and amenities were great. Just that to use the wifi, needed a local phone number, which as a tourist I don’t have. The front desk lady in the end had to use her own phone number to register. Perhaps the hotel can take this into consideration for abroad tourists. Other than that, the service was excellent, pricing is very competitive and I had enjoyed staying there very much

這次是和朋友一起住的，下了飛機已經很晚了。看到這酒店還有房間就入住了這家酒店一進門就人給我奉茶，而且還有親切的問候，每個人的服務都非常體貼到位，前台的專業素養也非常高，包括他們的經理，高經理酒店設施也非常齊全，衞生也很乾凈，房間也特別的大，下次還會來這家酒店入住！

從訂房開始一直到入住結束，多謝前台小方的不厭其煩解答👍，酒店很新很乾凈，陽台房正對錢塘江空氣非常好。主要是在酒店有開放的大陽台房，可以直接在酒店的高樓層觀潮，太讚了，不需要去觀景台公園觀潮，不需要在熱到中暑的情況下觀潮，房間服務也很好礦泉水管夠。還貼心地贈送了一份小童的早餐。晚上西餐廳裏面的自助餐性價比也很高，吃到了很鮮味的螃蟹。下次有機會再入住觀潮。

I stayed overnight with my family with 2 kids. Hotel location, service (although almost no english) and cleanliness was good. But to my surprise it had a love hotel vibe. They even had these adult toys & condoms displayed inside our “family room” instead of a minibar, which I found little inappropriate for people with young kids. There are many shops and eats nearby, cab from the railway station was under 10 yuans.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal.

This hotel is very good. Rooms are very nice and clean. Nice view. The location is not far from the main attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

A 5star hotel don’t provide hair conditioner, and have to pay $10 RMB for hair conditioner. The waitress in breakfast restaurant were not friendly. The stay experience was not pleasant.

放暑假了家裡親戚帶小孩過來玩訂的房間，平台看到的是新開的一家四星級酒店，兩百左右訂的，性價比超高！房間寬敞明亮，面積挺大的，大大的落地窗，視野開闊，床很舒適，有四個枕頭，馬桶還是智能的，窗簾也是電動的，裝修風格大氣，由於晚上回來的比較晚第二天早上起不來沒吃早餐不知道早餐怎麼樣，大廳有免費的茶飲和現磨咖啡，喝了兩杯感覺賺到了哈哈😄，他們家還有免費的洗衣房，健身房，擦鞋機……不愧是四星的酒店，應有盡有！侄女説過兩天回來這邊還要再定他們家！
