"It was a pleasantly surprising time at Pullman Haining. The rooms were comfortable and you can do your own laundry if needed. The service was great, especially Dodo from front desk who assisted us on several things. We had a nice time as a family and would definitely consider staying again. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect if you want some down time from the busy cities in China."

"The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay.
The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect.
The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay.
The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch."

Room are quite and clean with open view . Gym open from 06:30 till 22:00 . Good to have some exercise before bed .

在入住期間，有問題詢問管家，也是第一時間就能得到回覆。
酒店的房間非常寬敞，有專門的化粧間，浴缸也配有一次性浴缸罩。床墊可以根據個人喜好調節軟硬程度，甚至是兩邊分開調節的。太人性化了！
酒店裡的恆温泳池設施也是非常的新，泳池裡沒有刺鼻的消毒水味道，温度非常適宜！
每次在酒店裡碰到工作人員，每個人都是微笑地和我們打招呼。可以看得出酒店的軟件管理很到位！這些小細節足夠打動我們！"

"We had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding — the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, which set the tone for the rest of the experience.
The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was luxurious, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary teas and neatly arranged toiletries.
The food was another highlight of our stay — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We still think about the pastries!

YYuie CloverFacilities and amenities were great. Just that to use the wifi, needed a local phone number, which as a tourist I don’t have. The front desk lady in the end had to use her own phone number to register. Perhaps the hotel can take this into consideration for abroad tourists. Other than that, the service was excellent, pricing is very competitive and I had enjoyed staying there very much

VVieraskäyttäjäBest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal.

Hotel location, service (although almost no english) and cleanliness was good.
But to my surprise it had a love hotel vibe. They even had these adult toys & condoms displayed inside our “family room” instead of a minibar, which I found little inappropriate for people with young kids. There are many shops and eats nearby, cab from the railway station was under 10 yuans.

One could have expected a better breakfast's variety: the restaurant gives you a breakfast set which is qualitatively ok, but it is a shame that the restaurant's buffet was not used and remained empty.

AAnonyymi käyttäjä放暑假了家裡親戚帶小孩過來玩訂的房間，平台看到的是新開的一家四星級酒店，兩百左右訂的，性價比超高！房間寬敞明亮，面積挺大的，大大的落地窗，視野開闊，床很舒適，有四個枕頭，馬桶還是智能的，窗簾也是電動的，裝修風格大氣，由於晚上回來的比較晚第二天早上起不來沒吃早餐不知道早餐怎麼樣，大廳有免費的茶飲和現磨咖啡，喝了兩杯感覺賺到了哈哈😄，他們家還有免費的洗衣房，健身房，擦鞋機……不愧是四星的酒店，應有盡有！侄女説過兩天回來這邊還要再定他們家！

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who spoke excellent English and gave clear information about nearby attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a bed that provided excellent sleep quality after a long day of travel.
The location is perfect—close to public transportation, good restaurants, and several scenic spots within walking distance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities (fresh towels, toiletries, bottled water daily).
Breakfast offered a wide variety of both local and international options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Staff were always polite and quick to help, whether I needed directions or recommendations.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It combines comfort, convenience, and great value, making the entire experience truly enjoyable. I would definitely return on my next trip.

YYyyingyingbaobei房間不大，但是該有的都有，🏨酒店位置很好，步行至幹河街和南關廂都十來分鐘路程，附近就有一個愛琴海商場 ，還有步行街，吃飯逛街一起解決，我們是自駕來，還有地下車場，停車🅿️方便，就是早餐略顯簡單，麪包都是預包裝食品😂
