Tämä majoittumiskokemus oli täydellinen ja ylitti kaikki odotukset! **Palvelut:** Huoneiden varustelu on älykäs ja moderni (esim. äly-wc, korkearesoluutioinen projektori, älykaiutin). Vuodevaatteet ovat erittäin mukavat. Uima-allas ja kuntosali ovat puhtaat ja ammattimaiset, täyttäen ja ylittäen viiden tähden standardit. **Ympäristö:** Hotellin sisustus on erittäin tyylikäs, ja aulan tuoksu on miellyttävä. Yleiset tilat ovat rauhallisia ja elegantteja. **Sijainti:** Suurin yllätys oli sijainti! Beijing Roadin nähtävyyksille/metroasemalle kävelee vain 15 minuutissa, metrolla 3 minuutissa. Xihua Roadin ruokakatu on vain 8 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Tämä on uskomattoman kätevää turisteille, säästäen paljon matka-aikaa ja -kustannuksia. Suosittelen lämpimästi kaikille, jotka etsivät laatua ja mukavuutta matkoillaan!

Saavuimme Guangzhouhun sinä iltana ja menimme Chimelongiin seuraavana päivänä. Hotelli tarjosi ilmaisen kuljetuspalvelun, mikä oli erittäin hyvä. Suurnopeusjuna oli hyvin lähellä hotellia. Hotelli ei tarjonnut aamiaista, mutta he valmistivat aamiaisen, jossa oli munia, kakkuja, hedelmiä ja soijamaitoa, mikä oli erittäin huomaavaista. Chimelongiin pääsee taksilla 15–20 minuutissa. Palveluasenne on erittäin hyvä ja huone on erittäin suuri. Suosittelen sitä todella.

Hotellissa on hyvät tilat ja huoneet ovat puhtaita ja siistejä. Kaikki tarvittavat mukavuudet ovat saatavilla, kuten pesutupa, kuntosali, pesuneste, käsisaippua ja hoitoaine. Sijainti on erinomainen, ja liikkuminen on helppoa, sillä metrolinjat 1 ja 2 ovat aivan alakerrassa. Suosittelen tätä paikkaa! Samassa rakennuksessa on myös aamutee- ja kantonilaisravintoloita, joissa käy paljon paikallisia, mikä oli kätevää. Unohdin varavirtalähteen hotelliin, ja asiakaspalvelu ratkaisi asian erittäin nopeasti ja auttoi lähettämään sen takaisin minulle. Olen todella kiitollinen.

The location isn't all that's attractive to the eye, it's like an industrial place, had to confirm the location as we drove closer. Arrived and the reception was clean and welcoming of course the check-in for foreigners takes “ 32” days😏 it didn't help that it was cold and drizzly outside and I was freezing. After 7 days and 9 years, I was given my key and I reminded the receptionist that my stay came with like a fruit basket of some sort, well let's say there was nothing to write home about in the “ basket “ but the nectarines helped when I was on the trail race the following day. My room was on the 5th floor, clean and spacious was my first impression, besides the lack of a mini bar fridge, there was a “wardrobe “ a working TV, a table, and a sofa.🥲🌞Towels were clean and plenty, they had the sleepers and your toothbrush set and your usual shampoo, conditioner, and body wash🌞. The other two were full, bar the conditioner. There are no shower sleepers😒, but the shower is quite spacious. Weird is if you shower the toilet floor is gonna be wet because there's no shower door😏, just the one main bathroom door. The water was quite hot, just the way water temperature should be in winter 🌞. They have a full-on laundry room on the 6th floor. My room was next to the main road which I quite regretted as I'm very sensitive to noise and there was an occasional sound of a plane flying past (this is just for me because I really can't do buzzing, humming, or droning noises). The laundry room helped a lot because I didn't wanna travel with wet stinky clothes so I did my laundry and got ready to leave. It's a decent hotel, the location is not so attractive but the inside is quite something. The assistants didn't speak English so we used Translator.

I chose this hotel primarily due to its proximity to the metro and the appealing photos shared online, which initially gave a good impression. However, upon arrival, the actual condition of the hotel did not quite match the images. The property appeared somewhat run-down, and it was farther from major tourist attractions than expected. Communication with the front desk was also challenging due to a significant language barrier. On a positive note, the surrounding area had some conveniences, including a good dim sum restaurant across the street, a mini grocery store, a McDonald’s, and a nearby pharmacy. Despite these nearby amenities, I personally would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. It did not feel particularly secure or family-friendly. For example, food delivery personnel were allowed direct access to the hotel floors and could leave orders right at the room door, which raised safety and privacy concerns. Additionally, I found it inappropriate that items such as condoms were available for purchase via QR code inside the room. Overall, my experience fell short of expectations, and I would suggest exploring other accommodation options for a more comfortable and secure stay. I

Booked 2 rooms here when travelling with my parent. The first room had the bathroom start leaking water into the hallway the minute we took a quick shower. The bathroom door was also broken. When we informed the hotel about it, initially they tried to sweep it under the rug by saying they would just wipe the water away and that we could still continue staying in the room -.- Eventually they agreed to switch out the rooms, but still a terrible experience. Upsides: The location is pretty convenient. Also a free washer and dryer on the 7th floor. But you can probably get the same upsides from other hotels in Chinathat offer better.

The hotel lobby is well maintained with friendly front desk staff who were very cooperative. The hotel have nice clean rooms. In short it was a nice experience being here.

booked this place last minute and it did not disappoint! very friendly front desk staff! the room is super spacious and clean, would highly recommend for families if you’re bringing your kids to study at SCUT International University..

My rating for the facilities is mainly dragged down by the wifi experience. Somehow, for the 1st night I was not able to send whatsapp messages or watch youtube movie even though VPN is on. The 2nd and 3rd night was able to send whatsapp messages but not watch youtube movies (lagged at processing stage), however was able to watch youtube movies on 3rd and 4th morning. The other thing is the (Tianmao?) control, does not respond whatever I press, so was not able to watch TV dramas or movies either. The receptionist was notified of these 2 issues on the 2nd morning and duly noted the issue. Receptionists and breakfast room aunties were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure is strong so had good showers. Breakfast spread is chinese and sufficient. Plenty of eating places nearby, some even offer discounts for seniors, especially enjoy having HeyTea outlet nearby. Line 2 Shi Er Gong metro station is easily accessible. Overall still a value for money place to stay.

The hotel is new and neat. The style and the mood is good to a traveller, especially for one who is a writer, an analyst or musician. You can inspiration there for your work or masterpiece. Thank you
