The main living space is an open-concept living-dining-kitchen that offers ample seating for everyone in your group. There are beach views everywhere you look! And if you want to get closer to the ocean, there are multiple decks with comfortable chairs, and a palapa downstairs. The inside of the tiki bar includes an ice maker, beverage fridge, million-dollar ocean views and a half bathroom. All of the downstairs, including the lushly landscaped yard, sand shower, palapa, and tiki bar is available for your use. The sofa and chairs beneath the palapa are ideal spots for a breezy midday nap in the shade.On Sea Isle's streets you will encounter lots of walkers, runners, bike riders, children and golf carts so please heed the posted speed limit of 20 MPH. A starter supply of paper goods, coffee, soap, trash bags and detergents is included. Additional supplies may be purchased at the marina or nearby corner stores.Within the community of Sea Isle is a private boat launch, a community swimming pool and a private fishing pier.
