"Wonderful stay at Pullman Dali. Location: Excellent location facing Dali Harbour. The Erhai sightseeing bus stop is only a 3–5-minute walk, and Dali High‑Speed Railway Station takes just 5–10 minutes by car, very convenient for travelling to Haidong. Room & Facilities: We stayed in a high-floor Erhai-view room with fantastic lake scenery. The rooftop terrace is the biggest highlight for enjoying panoramic Erhai views. Rooms are well furnished, and guests can choose pillows of different textures as needed. The hotel is fully equipped with a gym, swimming pool and SPA. Breakfast has diverse selections and tasty pastries. Service: We encountered slight communication problems at first, which were settled perfectly with the help of butler Mary (Thanks Soraya for the help too! )- She assisted in all coordination, recommended local attractions and cared about our experience throughout the stay. The hotel clearly marks free and chargeable services with full transparency. Highly recommend this hotel."

Staff was incredible helpful and friendly and late night snacks peace gum dessert was sent to our room every night and provide high speed train station transfer staff even prepare breakfast for us to eat on the way. "Li's Courtyard in Shuanglang AnYin was an absolutely perfect experience, well worth the trip! The guesthouse is nestled in Shuanglang Ancient Town, boasting a stylish, pure white, 'Instagrammable' design. The outdoor infinity pool directly overlooks Erhai Lake. Even on a rainy day, the distant mountains were veiled in a gentle mist, and raindrops created ripples on the lake's surface. Leaning by the pool, watching the lake and mountains framed perfectly, the ambiance was just incredible. Our room also featured a lakeside view bathtub, allowing us to soak and enjoy the prime lake view – incredibly relaxing. The complimentary afternoon tea was truly impressive, with a fresh and colorful seasonal fruit platter, rich and smooth chocolate mousse, two refreshing specialty fruit drinks, and crispy shrimp crackers. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was spot on; my child was absolutely delighted. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, and the common areas were kept clean and elegant. Opening the window revealed the breathtaking Cangshan Mountains and Erhai Lake. Li's Courtyard at Shuanglang AnYin is definitely my top choice for a vacation in Shuanglang. I've already recommended it to friends and family, and I'll be staying here again on my next visit to Dali!"

"The room was spacious with a stylish design. The smart room control system and motion-sensor night light made for a great stay. We were welcomed with fruit, afternoon tea, and even a white fungus soup. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything we needed. This was the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel we stayed at during our trip to Yunnan. I even had a minor fall while cycling, and the hotel had an emergency first-aid kit to help disinfect and treat the wound, which was a huge relief. I would definitely choose to stay here again."

"We stayed here from 12–15 May during our honeymoon and decided to do our Yunnan trip entirely on our own. Dali was our first destination after landing in Kunming the night before, and it turned out to be the perfect start to our journey. Since our train arrived early at around 9:00 AM, I contacted the host a few days in advance to ask if an early check-in would be possible. Not only were they happy to accommodate our request, but they also kindly offered to pick us up from the station. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our host, Mei, who gave us a tour of the property after check-in. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The architecture is absolutely stunning, from the outside, it feels like staying in a beautiful traditional palace within the old town, while the interior is thoughtfully modernized with every comfort you could need. Our room was incredibly spacious, and we especially loved the heated bathroom floors and the bidet, which was a pleasant surprise. There is also a rooftop area where guests can enjoy a beautiful sunrise view. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Guests are given several options, and parts of the menu change daily, which kept things interesting. What we looked forward to most every morning was the amazing yogurt served with homemade rose jam, it was honestly the best we've ever had. We mentioned how much we loved it, and at the end of our stay, Mei surprised us with a jar to take home. Such a thoughtful gesture! Every evening, the hotel served a warm dessert, introducing us to flavors that were completely new yet delicious. We were also treated to a complimentary afternoon tea. To make our honeymoon even more special, Mei and her team surprised us with a personalized cake, which was incredibly touching. The location is very convenient, with several Muslim-friendly eateries within a 10-minute walk, as well as convenience stores nearby. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the hospitality. Out of all the accommodations we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, this was by far the best. Mei went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, constantly sharing recommendations, travel tips, and local insights to help us make the most of our time in Dali. We genuinely felt cared for throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for honeymooners and newlyweds looking for a memorable and heartfelt experience. InsyaAllah, we will definitely return on our future trips to Dali."
