The hotel is very nice and well located. We traveled as a family and requested rooms next to each other. The hotel kindly upgraded one of our rooms to ensure we had two rooms beside each other, which we really appreciated. The bedrooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable. The breakfast is nice, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. They even assisted with our laundry and delivered it back to our room. Overall, the service was extremely helpful and truly five-star. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I love my stays at man xin hotel, the staff everyone so friendly and willing to help. 4 stars hotel price but 5 stars services. The check in is 10am which is very convenient for travelers. The only cons is the location, there’s still mrt construction outside. But no noisy can be hear inside the room.

The mansion (hotel) is located in a very convenient area—close to the city center yet away from the hustle and bustle, offering a peaceful and serene environment. The rooms and services are in excellent condition. In particular, the service counter staff member 小璐 went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were well-informed about the must-visit spots in Chengdu.

The best hotel we stayed so far in China. Everything was great from the facilities to the top breakfast! Also a few steps from the metro station. Thank you!

This hotel is impressively high-tech with advanced AI features. We had a lot of fun interacting with the in-room AI assistant, 'Xiao Du' — you can control the curtains, air-conditioning, and TV just by using your voice! One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the bedding setup (1 double + 1 single bed), along with its great location, beautiful night views, and proximity to nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They offered complimentary coffee, prepared welcome drinks in the lobby, and often handed us bottled water when we headed out. What I loved most was the self-service laundromat on Level 3. It was so convenient to get all our laundry done before heading home.

Its great location offers easy access to the area, with an abundance of fantastic food options right downstairs. The breakfast was varied, delicious, and updated daily with fresh choices. Hotel is new, clean and spacious. Quite a big variety of food for Breakfast, mainly Chinese dishes but there are still breads, cereals, fruits and yogurts options. The location is in between 2 x metro station which both required 15-20mins walk with good weather ☺️ There are provision shops, bubble tea shops and some snacks places nearby. There is a nearby massage shop which you can explore too. However if you are willingly to walk about 30mins, you will reach a whole street of eateries, bars and restaurants named 望平街 (Wang Ping Jie). You will be delighted with the food options and chilling places.

此次入住體驗非常棒！前台辦理入住的效率非常高，服務也非常周到，不僅貼心詢問入住需求還主動介紹酒店設施，幫忙搬運行李到房間，全程態度非常好，沒有任何的敷衍。入住期間有任何需求都積極的迴應，不管是什麼問題都能快速有效地解決，讓人感受到了家的温暖。酒店設施也很齊全，房間寬敞，屋內設備一應俱全，還有落地窗視野非常開闊，非常的放鬆心情，公共區域乾淨整潔，洗衣房和健身房全天開放，滿足了日常鍛鍊和清洗需求。除此之外，酒店地理位置也十分優越，靠近地鐵站，出行很是方便，周邊的商場和餐廳也很多，逛街聚餐都非常的合適。總之，性價比超高，下次出行依舊是首選，真的強烈推薦給每一位到成都的朋友！！！

剛開始感覺還是不錯的，辦理入住的時候，小哥哥看到我們是一家三口，是有長者家的，專門升級了房間，並且贈送了多一份的早餐。進了房間之後，空間感還是很強的，而且是新開業的酒店，所以東西還是蠻乾淨的，但是進門之後發現沒有電視遙控器在和前台溝通之後説確實這個房間是沒有的，便另外派了工程的師傅重新拿來遙控器進行設定。但是不太好的是，房間的制熱設備是有點問題的，剛好週六那天成都的天氣非常的冷，衹有個位數的温度，從入住到吃完晚飯回來之後，温度一直衹有24度，就和工作人員説了，然後工作人員和工程的師傅過來檢查，説沒有問題，當下的温度升到了25度，還説了一句温度太高了，對身體不好。温度高低是由，客人自己決定的，作為服務人員不應該去幹涉客人對温度的喜好要求。然後等到他們離開之後，房間的温度又降回了24度，因為確實長者家會覺得冷便，再次電話服務人員，然後服務人員説前面的情況不知道，他去了解一下就沒有下文了。後面去洗衣房拿衣服，碰到了一個服務人員，再次和她溝通了這個情況，然後説是會去了解，實在不行換個房間。等到溝通完已經很晚了，長者家也已經睡著了。所以整體來説，這次入住的體驗並不是非常的開心。
