I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. I also really appreciated the little touches – it’s clear the team genuinely cares about their guests’ comfort. Overall, great service and a lovely atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel room is new, clean and have strong water shower pressure. The lighting switch control system is a bit confusing. The pillows are a bit soft for my liking. The buffet breakfast spread is very good but with limited seats if too many guests. The noodle station lady should improve on PR when speaking to guests. The cheerful housekeeping staff did perform well in maintaining the room clean. A good security control for entering the hotel room, guest can scan the room card and the specified floor number will be displayed. The front desk staff is kind enough to give us gifts upon checking out. The 3rd Tianfu Street Metro line 1 (Exit A) is about 5 minutes walk (370 meters) away from the hotel. There are some restaurants and two convenience store at the ground floor of the hotel building. The hotel is located within working office blocks area and is quite far from city centre (Chunxi road).
