The hotel is located right at the walking street, which is very lively in the evening. However, it can be a bit difficult to reach by taxi or Didi in the evening to the night, as cars cannot stop directly in front of the hotel. Guests need to walk a short distance and carry their luggage in. The staff were very friendly— although they do not speak English, communication is easy through a translation app. The hotel also allows guests to store their luggage, which is very convenient. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with necessary amenities. The downside was that there is only one elevator, shared with other floors that are not part of the hotel, so during peak hours it might take some time to wait.

這次入住體驗超棒！房間衞生打掃得特別徹底，角落都乾乾淨淨沒有異味，住着特別舒心。前台小姐姐/小哥哥態度特別好，辦理入住又快又耐心，有問題諮詢都及時迴應，特別貼心。早餐種類豐富還好吃，食材新鮮，味道在線，吃飽喝足出門遊玩太滿足啦，下次來還選這家～

因為是家庭出遊，對衞生各方面要求都會比較高，又要有酒店自帶停車場，所以我對比了兩晚酒店，最後才選定漢庭。入住的是雙床房，感覺性價比很高，25年開業的，環境非常好，重點是淋浴間也非常乾淨。昨晚入住的時候有點小插曲，但是前台人員很快就幫我解決了。每次下去一樓，她們都會很耐心的詢問我們需要什麼幫助，已經很久沒感受到這麼暖心的服務了。必須給好評，有機會再來長沙的話，我還來你們家哦。。

我是漢庭的老消費者了，漢庭3.51版本也太驚喜了！低飽和配色的房間温柔治癒，圓角傢俱安全感拉滿，床品柔軟得像陷進雲朵，雙層隔音窗+隔音門讓夜晚超安靜，一覺睡到自然醒～ 24小時恆温熱水秒出，馬鞭草洗沐用品清香舒緩，乾濕分離衞浴乾淨無死角，細節滿分！ 很客觀的實事求是的來説，主要是前台的兩個姑娘特別好，一個是跳跳是衹喵，還有另外一個一起的姑娘，認真負責，工作認真負責，謙遜有禮，是我見過的最優秀的前台姑娘了，特別棒！

Satisfied with everything—clean and comfortable. Very thorough amenities as well, really liked the free washing and drying machines . Location is about 10 mins from the metro.

位置非常好的酒店，從長沙機場坐高鐵直達門口，去文和友、杜甫江閣、黃興路打車10多元即到了，吃住行都很方便！

衞生：乾淨整潔、自然舒適 環境：環境很不錯，周邊就是熱門景點小吃街 服務：前台小姐姐們都非常的熱情可愛 整體感覺很不錯，推薦！！！

這次入住漢庭酒店整體體驗很不錯！酒店特別安靜，住起來很舒心，前台還會貼心提前告知房間位置，區分路邊房和內樓房讓我自主選擇，特別人性化。衞生方面也沒得挑，房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，細節處都很整潔。唯一小不足就是房間面積稍小了點，不過整體不影響居住體驗，性價比依舊在線，出行住這裏很合適，值得推薦！

It's has comfortable rooms and with all the necessary amenities for our stay. Front desk staff are very helpful and provide excellent service. They assisted us to book Didi to the airport, purchased online on our behalf a luggage bag and helped with laundry. Since our flight was at 11.50pm mid night, the hotel allows us a room for up to 4 hours at RMB 80 for showers, re-pack our luggage and take a good rest. Highly recommended to all guests.

第一次住這邊的酒店，酒店位置離幾個廣場很近，自己駕車會更方便，服務非常好，衞生乾淨，房間住着很安心，早餐也很nice，入住首選，滿意
