The cabin was relocated here back in 1999 from Virginia where it was originally built. It is a true early settlers cabin. Combined space loft and main floor is 600sqt/ft. Each log is well over 150 years old. It has a kitchen with 4 eye cook top, convection oven/microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, living room, bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower combined. A loft bedroom accessed by a spiral staircase. This staircase is narrrow and dogs will have to be helped or carried up. Space would not allow a larger staircase. The loft is equipped with a queen size and a full size bed and rough pine furniture. The laundry room is located left on the back porch area it has both a washer and dryer. There is a front porch with two rocking chairs and a back porch with an outdoor grill. Both porches have winter time views of the mountains. The setting is trees and mountains all around with views up and down the .5 mile driveway. To sit in the cabin recliner and breath in what it must have been like for early settlers is a truly unique feel. A motion light with camera has been added to the entry to provide lighting and safety when entering and exiting and it will record when motion activated. WIFI High speed, Pots and pans, silverware plates, bowls, coffee cups, a wine opener, and can opener are also provided. A Keurig coffee maker and k cups are provided . If anything else is needed please txt or call me. I will respond promptly to your questions or requests. Pets are welcome here at the cabin. The driveway is a wide one lane that leads to the cabin, and there is virtually no traffic except the occasional vehicle. The cabin is also located on a private drive. Hiking trails are located very close to the cabin. This cabin lets you also bring the living outside with a large front porch and side deck just off of this deck is a large custom fire pit, grill (charcoal) and covered hot tub area. Come pet and feed the animals!This 1 room cabin includes 1 King bed, pullout queen sofa, large comfy chair, dining table for 4, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, grill, hot plate, picnic table, fire pit, cooking essentials, towels and linens. This cabin is next to a bathhouse. There are men's and women's restrooms. Both restrooms are equipped with 6 showers, 4 stalls, and 8 sinks. You will have complete access to restrooms and hot showers. There is no running water inside the cabin. If you need dishes washed, I am more than happy to wash them for you. You will also have access to the game room and exercise room. Across from the cabin is a large pasture where you can pet and feed our friendly animals. Pets are welcome. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet.Pets are welcome at the cabin and farm for an additional fee. Pet fee is $50 per pet. The pet fee can be flexible and discussed further if your pup is on the smaller side. Pets must be leashed when roaming the property. Pets must be crated if they are left unattended for any period of time. Pets are prohibited on beds or furnishings without a pet covering. If there is any damage left by Pets other than normal wear and tear, guests will be charged according to damage done.
