Nights were around 18deg Celcius so I wasn’t warm at night. There was only one soap dispenser in the shower, I wasn’t sure if it could be used as shampoo so I bought my own after the first night. My room was clean when I arrived. Staff were friendly, hotel was beautifully decorated."

The hotel front desk and Trip.com customer service had a good attitude and actively solved the problem for me. Finally, I changed to a room with a kitchen. The room was large enough and the kitchen had basic configurations, which was perfect. There are two large supermarkets within ten minutes nearby, and you can reach the subway station or bus No. 29 directly to the Grand Place in Brussels within three minutes."
