We happened to be there just as a fair was taking place right across from the hotel, and I actually found it very pleasant and even quite convenient. The location is also ideal, with easy access to the Midi train station as well as tram lines 4 and 10 at the "Lemonnier" stop. The service was impeccable: a very understanding, helpful, welcoming, and, most importantly, highly professional team. Honestly, I 100% recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to come back on a future trip. Thank you very much for your warm welcome and the quality of your service. It was truly top-notch!"

When I raised this issue with the hotel, I was told they could only refund 30% of the amount paid, with no other solution. This is not logical nor fair given the situation. Very disappointing experience.."

Regardless of existence of bathtub there are no any way to stop water from draining. Only shower can be used. Also at evening somebody was able to open the door with its own electronic key and enter the room!!! The staff came at 9:00 to do the room check while the checkout at 10:00"
