Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Huế

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately. The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. If you are looking for a hotel with excellent accommodation, outstanding service, and truly warm-hearted staff, I highly recommend Scarlett Boutique Hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hue. I was treated like royalty from the moment I arrived for my 4 night stay. Requested a much earlier check in with no problem & no extra cost. Was offered a free upgrade to an incredible much larger apartment with a balcony overlooking the lagoon. Very comfortable bed & pillows. The housekeeping staff cleaned every day & left fresh water & fruit. The breakfast selection is huge with an 'egg station' to have your eggs cooked just how you like. I ordered dinner to my room in the evening & the food & service was impeccable. The free Yoga & Tai Chi Classes are an extra bonus & I got the chance to kayak on the Lagoon for 2 hours which is also free. If I needed help with anything I just had to message & was replied to immediately. I also requested a later check out & that was done with no problem. The staff here are absolutely wonderful, if only all hotel staff were like this! The only flaw at the Resort is the Bird Room. I didn't know birds would be in cages & unable to fly properly. This was upsetting & I can imagine may put some people off from booking. It doesn't make sense to cage birds when you are surrounded by them at the Resort. Apart from that aspect I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay & thank everyone who made it such a memorable experience.

The Kourai Spa was great. As a guest you got some discount vouchers on certain treatments. I did a few such a: full body massage, mud bath, foot rub, and head massage. Great Quality. However, communication with the general staff is a challenge. As an ESL Professor, I noticed that the staff seems to rely on ”autopilot” or scripted English. They can understand words specific to their own department to a degree but if you ask a question that is slightly off-topic they are often completely lost. I didn't need Google Translate, but I had to speak very slowly and repeat myself constantly to get basic points across. Even with that they were very patient, accommodating and flexible to my requests. I would definitely go again to the Spa. The breakfast buffet was divine. Grab even had discounts because the hotel is about 15-20 mins from the city center

Very good and budget-friendly hotel near Hue Palace. The front desk lady in Ao Dai is courteous and very professional in handling guests. The room is clean and bed quality is nice. I had very good sleep in the quiet environment. Breakfast is excellent with several Hue local dishes available as buffet. The only problem is the alignment of bathroom things. The towels are placed too near from the shower and it becomes easily wet if I take shower. And shampoo and shower gel bottles are far away beyond toilet and I first didn't even understand they were shampoo bottles, and I had to bring those bottles to the shower room for taking bath. They should swap the places of towels and shampoo bottles. Other amenities are no problem.

We had a wonderful vacation in Banyan Tree. The service here is really on another level compared to other 5 star hotels as you are assigned a Villa host who takes care of you during your stay. Our host, Man, was very friendly and very helpful, going as far as to go to some shops to get our daughter some writing supplies so she could do her homework. The villa is nice and it was great to lounge in our private pool. The beach is also private and quiet. The hotel facilities are shared with the sister hotel Angsana which you can travel between with the buggy. The hotels kids club is a little far, closer to the golf so you cannot walk there however the kids club staff are very good with kids. Overall we had a great stay.

Minulla oli suurin majoitus Angsana Resort, ja en voi suositella sitä tarpeeksi. Lintu itse on hämmästyttävä, kauniilla ympäristöllä, mukavilla huoneilla ja erinomaiset tilat, mutta mikä todella tekee siitä erityistä on ihmiset, jotka siellä työskentelevät. Kun saapuin, olin tervetullut todellisella lämpöllä ja vieraanvaraisuudella. Henkilöstö meni ylä- ja kauemmaksi kaikissa vuorovaikutuksissa – aina hymyilevä, aina ystävällinen, ja aina valmis auttamaan mitä tahansa tarvitsin. Olipa se vastaanottossa, ravintoloissa, uima-allas, tai jopa talonhoitoryhmässä, kaikki osoittivat niin huolellista ja huomiota yksityiskohtiin, että tunsin itseni täysin kotona. Mitä vaikutti eniten oli se, että se ei ollut vain hyvä palvelu – se tuntui rehellisesti. Tiimi todella ylpeä tehdä vieraita onnellisia, ja voit tuntea, että pienissä asioissa, kuten muistaa mieltymykset, tervehtiä sinua nimellä, tai tarkistaa, jos nautitte oleskelu. Se on tämä ystävyys- ja ammattitaitotaso, joka luo tällaisen lämmin ilmapiiri resortissa. Angsana Resort ei ole vain rentoutumispaikka, se on paikka, jossa todella huolehdit. The staff is very friendly, especially a young female staff at the front desk who will be very patient to help guests solve some local problems. As a guest, I feel warmly treated. The room is very clean. The service of the hotel staff is very active and effective. For example, I didn‘t bring a power converter. The staff was very active in helping me solve this problem. I will visit this hotel again next time.

Extremely central location, diagonally opposite Chu Van An, the hub of downtown Hué with all the restaurants, shops and pubs. Hotel is dated but clean and everything still functions. You need to go for a riverside room which has a good view and less noise at night. In the city facing rooms you will enjoy thumping music until 2am. Walls are slightly thin so noisy neighbors will bother you. Very delicious and many choices for breakfast.

Olemme vain yhden yön Hue. Hotelli oli fantastinen, erittäin mukava uima-allas. Erittäin puhtaat ja viihtyisä huoneita ja erinomainen aamiainen. Suosittelen todella hotellia. Myös heillä on mukava ravintola juuri hotellin vieressä, jos etsit hyvää vietnamilaista ruokaa. Lisäpiste: Unohdin muutamia asioita hotellissa ja he onnistuivat lähettämään sen minulle Hue-Da Nang alle 24h. Tämä ei liity hotellihuoneistoihin, mutta arvostan todella mitä he tekivät.
