Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Udon Thani

Check in and check out were both fast and efficient, and no deposit was required which is a huge plus, GSAs were polite. The room is clean, and spacious enough, and the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the room full of all the amenities that you need. However the TV is not a smart TV, no Netflix or YouTube, and mostly Thai channels only. The biggest issue is the air conditioning. Guests have no control over the AC in the room, you cannot adjust the temperature, fan speed, or turn it on or off yourself. Even simple situations, like wanting to turn the AC off temporarily, require calling reception, this is very inconvenient. Guests have different comfort needs throughout the day and night, for example while showering and you wanna turn it off to avoid catching a cold. It is not possible without calling reception. Having to contact the front desk every time for such basic adjustments is not really guest-friendly. The gym is very small and has almost no machines, so it’s quite limited. Restaurant staff were friendly, the food was good, and room service was good.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times over the years. This time I came with a car. Parking is available. Check in was easy very straight forward. The room was clean no balcony. The bathroom was nice and the shower was good. The breakfast buffet, in my opinion, didn’t have much western food options and wasn’t as good as I remembered it being from the last time I stayed which to be fair was a number of years ago. My wife enjoyed it though which was the most important thing. Check out was pretty straightforward. Overall a little over priced considering the other options in the area.

Huone on aika vanha, eikä kovin äänieristetty. Huone ei ole kovin leveä, yhden hengen sänky on noin 1,5 metriä leveä, mutta siinä on ihan ok nukkua. Kylpyhuone on pieni. Siellä on pieni huone vaatteiden säilytykseen, mutta ei henkareita. Varasin huoneen ja näin, että siellä on uima-allas, mutta se on tällä hetkellä suljettu remontin vuoksi. Kaiken kaikkiaan se on ihan ok. Se on noin 5-10 minuutin päässä Udon Thanin keskustasta. Se on lähellä toria ja ruokakauppoja.

I have stayed ithis hotel before and was more than happy to book an 11 day stay for my daughter. Only problem is that if your room does not overlook the pool, then the noise from the 'entertainment strip' on the other side can be a little iritating. KJ Batt

This hotel is a small-medium size in Morocco style, quite unique! The decoration is beautiful, especially , if you love photo taking. May be because of the style decoration, so it is hard to clean the room in every detail, so some dirt may be found. We stayed 2 nights during the time there was a big group of seminar guests, which leaded to the quality of tap water is not good at all that I felt. However, the staff at the front are service minded.

A very clean large hotel big rooms spotlessly clean comfy beds and good bath and shower. Large swimming pool with sunbeds. Good selection of food for breakfast. Staff very polite. Plenty of parking

My room was totally renovated. The washroom was very impressive. Best hot water shower I ever had in Thailand. Lobby and hallways dated but the room was a good surprise. Breakfast was very good and worth it. It's not in the thick of things but walkable everywhere in town, 10-15 minutes to everything.There was one English movie channel and one English news channel on the cable t.v. Nearest 7-11 was by the bus station. A short walk. For the price it's worth it.

A great location. Unfortunately it is pretty run down. At the pool there are floor boards broken, Some bits of board missing. The glass wall has a very sharp piece of jagged metal running underneath its whole length. It has corroded out and not been replaced. A real danger to anyone who swims across to take a look through if they sim across and slam or even put their hands on to the top of the wall. The deck chairs are also missing a heap of slats and have mouldy foam as the vinyl covers have long gone. The gym was also really run down. The floor foam is so old it covered you in blue bits of perished ”dust” as it disintegrated on contact. The wifi is unreliable, with only one of to bring able to use it at a time. Half the time 1 of us was locked out. Amen I reported it the girl unhelpfully repeated I have to log back in every time we are kicked out. At times that was about 30 seconds of access then it dropped out and we had no wifi. We had our set to automatically log us back in, which made little difference because it would then just kick us out again. We got down to breakfast at 8 one mooring and were told half of the got food was finished a they had run out. That was a bit poor. But otherwise most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, and our room was clean. And it was a great location to go and view the lake, museum and ducks.

Older large hotel undergoing renovation to update. Courteous and helpful staff, large buffet breakfast, uniquely shaped rooms with big windows, many mirrors and good lighting. Great location across from the park and bike trails. Pool is shared with swimming classes or else pretty much empty for guest swimming.
