Great staff, kind and always helping. They really made the stay better. They let us stay in the swimming pool and restaurant till our flight in the evening. Love it!!!

A great location. Unfortunately it is pretty run down. At the pool there are floor boards broken, Some bits of board missing. The glass wall has a very sharp piece of jagged metal running underneath its whole length. It has corroded out and not been replaced. A real danger to anyone who swims across to take a look through if they sim across and slam or even put their hands on to the top of the wall. The deck chairs are also missing a heap of slats and have mouldy foam as the vinyl covers have long gone. The gym was also really run down. The floor foam is so old it covered you in blue bits of perished ”dust” as it disintegrated on contact. The wifi is unreliable, with only one of to bring able to use it at a time. Half the time 1 of us was locked out. Amen I reported it the girl unhelpfully repeated I have to log back in every time we are kicked out. At times that was about 30 seconds of access then it dropped out and we had no wifi. We had our set to automatically log us back in, which made little difference because it would then just kick us out again. We got down to breakfast at 8 one mooring and were told half of the got food was finished a they had run out. That was a bit poor. But otherwise most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, and our room was clean. And it was a great location to go and view the lake, museum and ducks.

Hotel with a country feel right in the city. Beside nice lake and big trees is a change from the concrete jungle. Situated less than 10 minutes to Central Mall and UD town. Rooms are clean, rain shower and good breakfast. Lake also suited for a pleasant stroll after. Will book again.

Incredible value for money. Great location. 1km from Central Udon. Clean, strong air-conditioning, warm & strong shower. Friendly owner with a great personality. Not staying anywhere else in Udon!

great for someone need a cheap , clean and basic place, situated at Udon city centre opposite to the Issan market, good location for transportation, both buses and train , near bar street and night food market, Udon Central mall nearby, also 20 mins walk to my favourite spot the Udon park and Udon musuem, value for money..

It was hard to find. We arrived late at night, and we had to go back and forth. Our Grab driver was kind enough not to leave us until he was able to speak to the owner and let us in. Nobody was there. Maybe because it was almost 9pm? The pipe of the toilet's sink was broken. The room was big, though, but the bed was a bit hard.

I stayed at this hotel for a short trip and found the location to be very convenient. It’s within walking distance to the bus terminal and Central shopping mall, which made getting around super easy. The hotel also has good parking space, which is a plus for those traveling by car. The room was clean and tidy, but there were a few downsides. There’s no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, it might be a bit of a hassle. The amenities provided were very minimal — just two bottles of water and two small bars of soap. There was no tissue paper in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. One thing to note is that when you check in, you need to leave a 100 baht cash deposit for the key. You’ll get it back when you check out, but it’s something to keep in mind. The staff didn’t seem to speak much English and weren’t particularly friendly, which made communication a little difficult. Overall, the location and cleanliness were good, but the lack of basic amenities and service left something to be desired.
