Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Varsova

Great room. Excellent location and staff were friendly and helpful. We used Ubers to taxi us about and saved a load of money. Hotel taxi to the airport was 400 and an Uber was 100.

The place is supreme good, near the shopping mall and Warsaw Central station. Only took under 10 minutes walk to any station to take tram or bus to old town.

on the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off. next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me. this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up. eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training. the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities. 第一晚入住時，已經很晚了，酒店人員在沒有通知我的情況下，給我安排了一間傷殘人士的房間。 由於太疲倦了，所以只是感覺房間怪怪的，但並沒察覺有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上，洗完澡之後，整個廁所也是濕的，我差一點就要滑倒。 再看看之前預訂時的收據，發現房間的廁所根本不應該是這個樣子，繼而我到酒店大堂理論，他們才告訴我，因為第一天晚上時候，訂單太滿了，所以才為我安排這樣的房間。 可是你要知道，這樣的設計，正常人洗澡，是真的很容易滑倒。他們不但沒有誠意的道歉，只是詢問我想要怎樣。 說實話，這難道不是酒店的問題嗎？第一天並沒坦白這不是我原本所訂的房間、繼而我發現後，亦沒作出任何相應的措施、道歉。 最後在我要求下，他們給我換了最好的房間，另外給我送了兩天免費的早餐。不過，這通通都是我要求的，酒店人員真的有需要再培訓。 第一張照片是他們賠罪送的水果。

Design on loistava, hotelli ehdottomasti vierailun arvoinen. Vanhaankaupunkiin pääsee helposti, ja aamiainen on hyvä ja vaihtoehtoja on runsaasti, vaikkakin palvelu on hieman hidasta. Kaksi haittapuolta: pesuallas on hieman pieni, ja verhot eivät estä valoa (suosittelen niiden vaihtamista), mikä todella vaikuttaa uneen.

Syitä tämän hotellin valintaan: Ensinnäkin se sijaitsee kaupungin keskustassa, lähellä useimpia tärkeimpiä nähtävyyksiä, ja sinne on kätevä kävellä tai käyttää julkista liikennettä. Hotellin ympärillä on monia ravintoloita, joista valita. Toiseksi, eri tilat ovat hyvin hoidettuja eivätkä vanhentuneita, ja huoneet ovat siistejä ja hygieenisiä. Kolmanneksi, palveluasenne on hyvää ja reagoivaa. Neljänneksi, aamiainen on hyvä, ja tarjolla on nyyttejä, lämpimiä ruokia ja muita kiinalaiseen makuun sopivia ruokia. Lyhyesti sanottuna, se on hotelli, jolla on korkea hinta-laatusuhde.

Everything was very clean, the room was spacious and the location was really good as well, there is a bus station right out side so you can easily have access to the town center.

Close to Chopin airport only take 6-7mins drive to the terminal. Suite is tiny but cozy, facilities just a necessity so without fridge and water heater. But I think it’s enough for 1 night stay before take off plane

stayed at this hostel twice in late December and it was a great experience for the price. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the entire place was very clean which made it easy to get some good rest. I really liked the location because it is within walking distance of the Warszawa Zachodnia station and there are trams to the city center right outside the door. The staff at the front desk was helpful and the 24 hour reception made the check in process very simple. It is definitely one of the best budget options in Warsaw if you want something reliable and well located.

The location is prefect If u travel by flixbus n in west station.  We got a small but quiet room, so far quite good, you can ask for the hairdryer in the reception.  A bit far away to go the city center, need to catch the taxi or bus

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.
