Nearby Mercury drug store which opens until 10pm. 24/7 McDo and Greenwich. 5min drive to Roxas Night Market. May jeep na dumadaan sa tapat ng hotel but most of the jeepney drivers don’t know the Gov Duterte St. mas familiar sa kanila ang Ilustre St. then walk towards to hotel which is 2mins lang. Lunch and dinner buffet is being offered, daming waiting.  Hotel is not recommended para sa maaarte. Luma na ang establishment at mahina ang toilet flush, no bidet. Provided ang pail and dipper.  Mahina din ang aircon but enough to make a room cool temperature.  No hair dryer and hand towel. Only body towel, soap and shampoo/conditioner are their toiletries. "We arrived 7 am to stow luggage. We sat for several hours before leaving for business. The staff is engaging and very helpful, including wifi before check-in. Upon completion of business, we returned to check-in. No elevators, so staff helped take luggage up. The rooms and facilities are immaculate with hot water showers. The rooms are very large with TV. TRULY better than the hotels stayed at before. For Breakfast, the bread we chose and the coffee were excellent. We will be back there in about a month, and will stay again for about three days. Truly excellent find. Our new Davao hotel!!!"

i stayed in another room but surely it was the same experience as everyone else i guess, accessible to everything, safe to stay and the amenities are excellent... just realized before i checked out, the drinks at the bar was not that expensive, maybe because it's local rate and we are in the philippines... idk, i'm just used to see skyrocket prices of everythinv when you dine in a 4/5 star hotels

I arrived at the Hotel around 10 o'clock in the evening, the staff was nice and i was able to check in right away. it was a smooth checked in, from a long flight. and also i was surprised that they upgraded my room into a Deluxe room. The room is wide and clean, im also happy that they have hot and cold water. I highly recommend this hotel and probably i will comeback again. ❤ P.S Though its not soundproof , i heard some noise outside or in the other room.

Pros - clean comfortable room - near the cost line with view over the channel - super polite staff - great family pool area - used to the place being full so it’s organised extremely well - 24 hour room service Cons - no concierge to greet new guests getting out of taxis - No one to show you to your room! Have to find your own way. - loud banging doors waking guests very early in the morning due to neighbours from doors next to one another (see pictures) - bird poo all over the windows (see pictures) - breakfast buffet was just okay.. self service coffee and not great food. A decent hotel but somewhat ruined by poor welcome and the early morning noise of other guests. Ask for a quiet rooms.

What I liked: - good location - excellent customer service - beautiful reception - the breakfast was authentic and tasty What I did not like: - cockroach was found in my room - the rooms and bathrooms are extremely dated in desperate need for a redo, despite some efforts for refurbishment since my last stay earlier this year - the TV is pretty much just a decoration in room, about 4-5 channels are available with poor signal quality, without any exaggeration it is impossible to view. Not a Smart TV, so no YouTube or Netflix to keep you entertained, if you choose to stay here, - it is poor value for the price/night, the recent price increase is really not justifiable

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

Location is really Good if you want to Roam Around Davao city Close to the mall and Shops, Staffs are Friendly,kind,Respectful.We enjoy our stay at the Hotel, the food from the Breakfast Buffet really taste good. The pool is relaxing Good for the kids to Chill from the hot weather outside. Maybe just Clean a bit the Window curtains coz it's a Bit Dusty , Overall experience is awesome.

Great Stay! I had a really nice time at [Hotel Name]. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great—close to everything I needed. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had lots of good options. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.
