"We arrived 7 am to stow luggage. We sat for several hours before leaving for business. The staff is engaging and very helpful, including wifi before check-in. Upon completion of business, we returned to check-in. No elevators, so staff helped take luggage up. The rooms and facilities are immaculate with hot water showers. The rooms are very large with TV. TRULY better than the hotels stayed at before. For Breakfast, the bread we chose and the coffee were excellent. We will be back there in about a month, and will stay again for about three days. Truly excellent find. Our new Davao hotel!!!"

"We stayed here many times before but this was the first time since the reopening. We always book the club room which gives us access to the lounge but the lounge experience was very disappointing this time. During happy hour we had to wait over 30 minutes for food to be replenished and when it finally arrived it was minimal. Service was plain bad. Breakfast was also below average. It took the cook 35 minutes to make us a simple omelet and one egg sunny side up. Very disappointing experience compared to other Seda properties in Cebu, Manila and Cagayan de Oro"

I arrived at the Hotel around 10 o'clock in the evening, the staff was nice and i was able to check in right away. it was a smooth checked in, from a long flight. and also i was surprised that they upgraded my room into a Deluxe room. The room is wide and clean, im also happy that they have hot and cold water. I highly recommend this hotel and probably i will comeback again. ❤ P.S Though its not soundproof , i heard some noise outside or in the other room.

We booked this trip for the engagement meeting of our son and his girlfriend, now officially fiancee and soon to be wife. Not only were the facilities very clean and well maintained (as good as new), the food at Luk Foo Restaurant was also exemplary. The location is also ideal, with a UCC Cafe Terrace just opposite in case you're not into eating breakfast at the Hotel.

Hotel location is perfect. Walking distance to People’s Park (5mins), Bangkerohan (7mins), San Pedro Cathedral and Osmena Park (15mins). Nearby Mercury drug store which opens until 10pm. 24/7 McDo and Greenwich. 5min drive to Roxas Night Market. May jeep na dumadaan sa tapat ng hotel but most of the jeepney drivers don’t know the Gov Duterte St. mas familiar sa kanila ang Ilustre St. then walk towards to hotel which is 2mins lang. Lunch and dinner buffet is being offered, daming waiting.  Hotel is not recommended para sa maaarte. Luma na ang establishment at mahina ang toilet flush, no bidet. Provided ang pail and dipper.  Mahina din ang aircon but enough to make a room cool temperature.  No hair dryer and hand towel. Only body towel, soap and shampoo/conditioner are their toiletries. We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

What I liked: - good location - excellent customer service - beautiful reception - the breakfast was authentic and tasty What I did not like: - cockroach was found in my room - the rooms and bathrooms are extremely dated in desperate need for a redo, despite some efforts for refurbishment since my last stay earlier this year - the TV is pretty much just a decoration in room, about 4-5 channels are available with poor signal quality, without any exaggeration it is impossible to view. Not a Smart TV, so no YouTube or Netflix to keep you entertained, if you choose to stay here, - it is poor value for the price/night, the recent price increase is really not justifiable

Location is really Good if you want to Roam Around Davao city Close to the mall and Shops, Staffs are Friendly,kind,Respectful.We enjoy our stay at the Hotel, the food from the Breakfast Buffet really taste good. The pool is relaxing Good for the kids to Chill from the hot weather outside. Maybe just Clean a bit the Window curtains coz it's a Bit Dusty , Overall experience is awesome.

Pros - clean comfortable room - near the cost line with view over the channel - super polite staff - great family pool area - used to the place being full so it’s organised extremely well - 24 hour room service Cons - no concierge to greet new guests getting out of taxis - No one to show you to your room! Have to find your own way. - loud banging doors waking guests very early in the morning due to neighbours from doors next to one another (see pictures) - bird poo all over the windows (see pictures) - breakfast buffet was just okay.. self service coffee and not great food. A decent hotel but somewhat ruined by poor welcome and the early morning noise of other guests. Ask for a quiet rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The air conditioning was perfectly chilled, making my room a relaxing oasis. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel's big pool was a highlight, perfect for unwinding and soaking up the sun.
