Enjoyable stay at Sutera Niah resorts. Appreciate the management for the beatiful place and facilities. Thank you Vanissa and colleagues for your wonderful hospitality. Its a boutique hotel. For that price point, theres many options nearby. Small town and with many local kopitiam/ eateries. Within a street, there were three 7-11 convenience stores. The only downside was the town not pedestrian friendly so have to be extremely careful when crossing main roads. Stayed for two nights, staff generally very chillax and laid back, no housekeeping service eventhough the 'makeup room” switch was on. Breakfast was ok, and you get to choose the main from the menu (probably to avoid wastage). No vegetarian options but they can customise for you upon request.

I chose Jinhold Hotel for a short trip to Miri, and it turned out to be a smart, no-fuss choice. Nestled in a quiet yet accessible neighbourhood, it offered the perfect balance of peace and convenience. First Impressions & Location The hotel makes a good first impression with its modern, clean exterior. Its location is a strong point. The Miri City Centre, Imperial Mall and the famous Waterfront are just a short ride away. The Room: Compact & Comfortable My Standard Room was compact but very well-designed. It had everything I needed: · A supremely comfortable bed with quality linens. · A powerful, quiet air-conditioner (a must in Miri's humidity). · A large flat-screen TV with local and international channels. · A clean, modern bathroom with an excellent hot rain shower. · Thoughtful amenities like a ceiling fan, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and free bottled water. Services & Facilities The service here is efficient and friendly. The front desk staff were helpful fast with check-in/out. · Free Wi-Fi: The internet was reliable and fast enough for video calls and streaming. · Secure Parking: Available on-site, which was a major relief.

I stayed in Grand Palace Hotel with my family over the weekend. This was my first visit and I am really impressed with the service of the hotel . Located in the heart of the town centre , great  service from the staff and  good cleanliness of the rooms.  I will definitely visit next time and recommend to everyone .

Strategy location for attending training nearby & the hotel staff are friendly.

Traveled to Miri just a short staycation. Loved the resort. They willing do extra miles for our stays. Will come back again Walking distance to the beach and the best sunset Just the room a little strange smell

Asked for early check in at 11am. The staffs are nice, except for the lacking in terms of towels, soap and shampoo, the location is very strategic. Walkable distance to Miri Times Square and Waterfront.

Location is very good. Beautiful scenery from the apartment. Very strange and rigid rules. I knew 1 person from apartment was entitled to have free breakfast a day. I was given 3 breakfast coupons for 3 day stay but when I tried to have 3 persons from my family to have breakfast together for the same day, the receptionist bluntly refused. The conditions of each apartment we stayed was different. My sister had a 3 bed room unit with full utilities including dinning table and yet there was no wash basin for cups and plates. The bathroom sinks were leaking.

This is my second time visit Pacific Orient. As expected, the is nice and clean. Check in and check out is fast and easy. I got my room facing the Bintang mall building and it was fantastic. Here, parking space is limited. So whoever wants to park their car, better come early or make early reservation. The morning breakfast was simple. Not much they can offer. After all, don't expected too much since room rates offered was less than 100 ringgit. Definitely will stay here again if had a chance to visit Miri.

Very nice place to visit , as resort provides lots of activities. Kids love the swimming pool and water park. Room : Overall good and clean Breakfast & Dinner : more than 10 dishes choice and some dessert to enjoy (majority local food) Staff service : super helpful and nice
