Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Puerto Vallarta

We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

Loft Hotel Malécón on erinomainen boutique-tyylinen hotelli sijaitsee keskustassa Puerto Vallarta, vain yksi lyhyt kortti meren ja ikoninen Malécón lautaskäytävä. I was at this location 2 years ago when it was Grand Fiesta Americana. The dinner restaurant menu and quality were excellent. As Hilton the quality of food at the restaurants has definitely gone DOWN from a 8 to 5. The night entertainment is very bad. They need to do some more fun pool activities and night shows. There is nothing to do at night after dinner. I would recommend working on better menu options, quality of food and entertainment. The Mexican restaurant has mainly American food. The Italian restaurant has very limited options and the food is not good at all. I couldn't even eat my Italian food. But the location, service and view of the hotel is excellent. I hate writing negative reviews but this is an honest review. Thank you!

When we checked into the room there was leftover food in the minibar. We notified reception and nothing was done. The next morning we noticed there was blood on the wall in the bathroom. We notified reception to get it cleaned and it took us 3 attempts notifying them before someone cleaned it. They didn’t seem to be phased. We were disgusted that it was blood and potentially a biohazard and they treated it like a dirt mark. The restaurants we tried were nice but we ate a lot of food locally as well. The pool was good and great location. They advertised their membership through the time share which is apparently common but was not known to us. We knew there had to be a catch for the ‘free welcome breakfast’. Was interesting to hear about it but we weren’t advised upfront what it involved so we felt a bit caught out. The perks given for our time were fair. It was an okay stay and we think our experience was just unlucky. The best part is the location of the resort.

Хороший отель в центре Зона Романтика. Есть бассейн. Из минусов шумно в номерах от транспорта. Ну и некоторая усталость видна.

Nice hotel. The food was generally good quality with various choices. The rooms were small and had to pay high premium for a more quiet part or you got the noisy ones by the lift or street view.  Reception stuff are really unwelcoming, unhelpful except David. Generally rate the service low all around except the restaurant staff. Would not go back, much nicer choices in Nurvo Vallarta.

Täydellinen sijainti kävellä kaupunkiin! Korkeasti suositella varata valtameren etuhuoneet, koska muut avautuvat uima-allas. Miguel teki sterling työ tarjoilla meille juomia joka päivä rannalla! En voi arvostaa häntä tarpeeksi korkea! Elävä musiikki joka ilta, ruoka oli vaihteleva jokainen ateria, ja meille annettiin kunniallinen päivitetty ateria, joka oli herkullista. Rakasti kaikki osallistavaa sopimusta! Beach staff oli erittäin hyödyllinen tarjota ranta tuolit, varjot ja pöytät (kiitos Emilio!). Ensimmäinen henkilöstö antoi meille mahdollisuuden myöhemmin tarkistaa, ja lomapaikan puhtaus on esimerkillinen! Tuleisin varmasti takaisin! Ihana kokemus!

We arrived for our 10 day stay and at the check in we were informed that the Family pool was closed for renovations and that all guests were using the Adult Only Pool. (which is considerable smaller. Needless to say the pool was packed with children with water toys etc, jumping splashing ( having lots of fun) It was difficult to sit by the pool as all the chairs were taken very early in the day and getting into the pool to relax was not possible. If we had known we would have booked somewhere else as this really affected the enjoyment of our vacation. Also the front lobby staff tried to tell us on our last day lunch was not included. I showed them the email that you had sent. They were not very accommodating and reluctantly let us have lunch. Left a bitter taste
