Nice hotel, clean and tidy. Friendly stuff. Good choice of breakfast. We had early check out so they prepared some food coz we couldn’t have a breakfast there. The only disadvantage is location but the taxi there is kinda cheep.

The hotel is located in a quiet and tidy environment, the hotel front desk service is standardized, the floor and room hygiene are maintained very clean, the breakfast is very rich, the hotel has its own parking space, convenient parking, especially the hotel's several security guards are very polite, take the initiative to help guests, the service concept is good, recommended to stay。

Located away from the city and surrounded by a peaceful park and lake, this hotel offers beautiful views of the mountains and greenery. The balcony is spacious, providing a stunning panoramic view right from the room. While the room itself feels more like a 4-star than a 5-star experience, the serene setting and connection with nature make the stay truly enjoyable. The lakeside restaurant also serves excellent food and completes the experience perfectly.

First room was smell bad of smoke even though my booking was non smoking room . They gave me other room was good after i complained. I think hotels used to give worst room who booked through trip.com . It happened in my previous trip in Bali.

Hotel in downtown. Cable car To go up to little mountain is 50m away. Good restaurants in the top Inzhu. Close French restaurant call “ Benoit “ with incredible wines ! Novotel hotel airport service was unfortunately not a good experience at all.he came very late and the car inside smell smoking. They waived the fee and gave 10% discount voucher on restaurant bill. Good room for improvement in customer service from hospitality manager. Even with my official complain by email, they did not responded until I came to the front desk and ask to speak with a manager. Good breakfast.

The hotel is new and nice but also has some problems. We had a room at the back of the hotel, the view is awful. Our window was opposite an orange generator that was noisy andd blew choking fumes into the room. The hotel is also not finished and we had workmen going up and down in a lift from 8am at the side of our bedroom window. What is also strange is the bedroom doors open outwards into the corridor, so you have to be careful not to hit anyone as you open the door. Breakfast tastes nice but most of the dishes of hot food options are always nearly empty and not replenished. What is there is actually cold. One morning nobody bothered to put out any sugar for the coffees and there were often no cups available. The spa is very nice but staff in there are not particularly friendly and there are no opening hours for it anywhere. The staff at the reception however were very polite and friendly as is the man who greets you at breakfast. As we left they came back to us suggesting that we had used the mini bar in the room which we had not but they then said it was ok. Its also surprising for a new hotel that the hot water in the shower constantly changes temperature, you set it just right and within 2 minutes it swings between cold and too hot. The showers in the spa did the same. Overall the hotel looks nice but has some real teething problems and the view behind the hotel is just not acceptable. I personally wouldn't stay there again.

Есть столовая - стандартные завтраки от гостиницы каша, яйцо, сосиска, лепешка, но можно отдельно докупить себе что-то существенное. Есть кабинет массажа, но не посещал.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but still takes around 15 mins by taxi. Close to a shopping mall and bus stop. There are hostel rooms and the issue with the hostel is there's only one key for the dorm's door. And the shower booth has no lock, it's only a glass door, so each time someone showers they most likely would lock the main door and so no one can use the toilets at the same time. There's a microwave and a fridge. Breakfast is included and it's generous enough for this price. If you want to experience a more local area then I'd recommend it. Otherwise might as well stay in the city centre since the taxi ride would cost more or less the same time and money to and from the airport.
