"The hotel is located in a quiet and tidy environment, the hotel front desk service is standardized, the floor and room hygiene are maintained very clean, the breakfast is very rich, the hotel has its own parking space, convenient parking, especially the hotel's several security guards are very polite, take the initiative to help guests, the service concept is good, recommended to stay。"

"We have an enjoyable stay at Ozen Palace Hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Greatly appreciate the staff contacting us to confirm our estimated arrival time prior so that when we arrived, checking-in was fast. When we left for 2 days tour, they allowed us to leave our luggage in Luggage Room, was so convenient for us. Breakfast is included in the rate, the selection is more than enough. Location may not be short walking distance to tourist detination but it's easy enough to reach on taxi. One note, the shower flick mixer is opposite hot for cold and vice versa, other than that, all is great."

"Hotel located very near to the atakent exhibition hall. There are several restaurant and cafe opposite of the hotel. The 2 lady frontdesk working in the 25 April, 8pm is very friendly and helpful with my request. All the hotel staff can speak English which is a plus. Overall this is a great hotel to stay if you’re attending event in the exhibition hall."

"The hotel is new and nice but also has some problems. We had a room at the back of the hotel, the view is awful. Our window was opposite an orange generator that was noisy andd blew choking fumes into the room. The hotel is also not finished and we had workmen going up and down in a lift from 8am at the side of our bedroom window. What is also strange is the bedroom doors open outwards into the corridor, so you have to be careful not to hit anyone as you open the door. Breakfast tastes nice but most of the dishes of hot food options are always nearly empty and not replenished. What is there is actually cold. One morning nobody bothered to put out any sugar for the coffees and there were often no cups available. The spa is very nice but staff in there are not particularly friendly and there are no opening hours for it anywhere. The staff at the reception however were very polite and friendly as is the man who greets you at breakfast. As we left they came back to us suggesting that we had used the mini bar in the room which we had not but they then said it was ok. Its also surprising for a new hotel that the hot water in the shower constantly changes temperature, you set it just right and within 2 minutes it swings between cold and too hot. The showers in the spa did the same. Overall the hotel looks nice but has some real teething problems and the view behind the hotel is just not acceptable. I personally wouldn't stay there again."

"This place was all right, but definitely missing some key things. Pros: close to everything with a CU and mini market around the corner. Scandalista bar and restaurant next door makes awesome cocktails (food was okay as well). Cons: TV didn't seem to work (took me about 20 minutes to make it functional). Toilet stopped flushing at some point, so I went to call the front desk, only to discover that the room phone didn't work 😂. Housekeeping ”cleaned” the room, but only cleaned the toilet after a special request. Overall, if you're on a tight budget, I think the room was fine for the money, but if you're willing/able to spend a bit more, I'd recommend going somewhere else for a stay in Almaty."
