"Really close to JR rail station, clean and tidy hotel, excellent showers facilities."

"Hotel was about 2 mins walk from the entrance of Nara park n the shopping district. Very good location. You could either walk 1.3km to the hotel from the JR station, or take a taxi which would cost around 1200yen. About 10 mins walk from the metro station. I stayed for 2 nights with breakfast and dinner inclusive. The Ryokan did take note n served us a different menu each day. There was also a small indoor n outdoor onsen in the Ryokan. The food was superb."

"Our first Onyado Nono experience and we are already looking forward to future stays. Wasn't expecting much for city hotel onsen but surprised it even had a good size outdoor option + sauna& cold pool. . The breakfast buffet was amazing, got to try lots of local dishes. Parking at hotel was abit pricy. 1500 ¥ per day but it does allow unlimited in and out. You can probably find cheaper options around the hotel if willing to walk. We just parked for 2 days and walked around the shopping district + Nara Park (25mins). Lots of food options nearby."

"Excellent location to Nara Train Station and buses to the attractions in Nara. Less than 5 minutes walk from the Nara train station. Room is small like all Japanese hotels, but the shower stall is large like North American ones. Quite a number of choices for breakfast."

"about a 10-minute walk from Shin-Omiya Station. Right next to it is the Mi Nara Shopping Mall, which has a large hypermarket and several shops selling affordable clothing — including lovely children’s wear. To reach Mi Nara, head to the left side of the hotel, toward the JW Marriott Hotel. Highly recommend:  - Mount Yoshino (steep slopes hiking) lots of persimmon, kiwi trees, pomegranate. Be sure to prepare some food, water in your bag & most importantly hiking stick. We took 4 hours of walking to complete the entire Mount Yoshino (from right with shrines to left with restaurant, fruit trees).  Places to explore near the hotel:  1️⃣ Mi Nara Shopping Mall – Perfect for groceries and daily essentials, with prices more affordable than Aeon Supermarket. 2️⃣ Montbell Village & Bellside Café – A great spot for outdoor gear, and the café serves delicious pasta, pizza, and pastries. - Ask the hotel staff for a printed copy of Bus 28’s schedule to Montbell (the bus stop is right in front of JW Marriott). From Montbell, it’s a short walk to Hard Off / Off House, where you can browse a fun selection of secondhand items — clothes, bags, toys, and household goods. - The breakfast buffet offers a good variety and is worth the price — ¥3,000 per person, payable at the front desk. - The room was clean and comfortable. I recommend renting a humidifier if you experience a dry nose due to the cold air. Also, wearing a mask outdoors helps to stay comfortable in dry or chilly weather. - A free shuttle bus is available — check with the lobby staff for a printed copy of the schedule."

"It is a very good location ..near nara park ..just 10 mins drive ..you can reach there …there is a family mark nearby …but ..if you wanna park the car ..you check carefully where is the car park ..it is not free but the price is very reasonable..24 hours just 900yen …the hotel located at the 3 floor …so ..if you don’t realise where is the car park ..you have to go 3 floor asking the reception then get back your car to car park .."

"This ryokan was amazing, the food the location the atmosphere. The public sento in the building was beautiful and the private tub in our room was amazing as well. Perfect service, great amenities, we even got a little gift! I can only recommend this place if you're looking for something truly special. Get the dinner and breakfast here, trust me!!!"

"Hotelli on suhteellisen lähellä Nara Kintetsun asemaa, vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Vaikka hotellin vastaanotossa ei ole henkilökuntaa, siellä on vain dinosauruksia ja samuraita, mikä ei vaikuttanut oleskeluamme ollenkaan, mikä oli kätevää ja nopeaa. Jos haluat lisätä aamiaisen, voit soittaa henkilökunnalle ja se on nopea! Saavuimme aikaisin ja säilytimme matkatavaramme itsepalvelukaappiin, joka on täysin automatisoitu! Hotellihuone on reilun kokoinen, puhdas ja siisti Käytimme myös ensimmäisen kerroksen itsepalvelupesula ja -kuivausta, mikä on kätevää! Tyttäreni rakasti robottipalvelukokemusta! Se on vain, että aamiainen on liian yksinkertainen, leipä, salaatti, jogurtti, ei kovin herkullinen!"

"This was a great hotel for quality/price. The room had everything including a clothes sterilising machine, which I’ve never seen before, super Japanese! Great public onsen with natural spring waters. Teunagve free ice lolly’s and had a cute tatami areas where you could practise origami.Breakfast buffet was great, was less than a 2km walk through town to the main park and temple area, I would defo stay again!"
