"Good: Good cost performance, Good staff, great variety of food, convenient location - next to train station and convenience stores, signs are in english and Japanese. Staff have limited english skills which is ready good for simple requests I think. Bad: room seems to have no air conditioning (cool cold air) - the ”air condition” dail only has fan speed not temperature and it blows warm air. The window gives cold air but can be noisy, especially at day time with construction work going on nearby unless window is left very slightly ajar. Overall it's fine but not sure how good it is in the summer without air-conditioning."

"The hotel is literally next to the JR Nara Station.You can purchase all of your travel tickets there and the airport bus tickets, too. In that area, there is a grocery store, a Walgreens type store, and nice affordable places to eat. I highly recommend the place on the corner(pic #1-2). The two guys that run it are so nice. There is a long shopping/restaurant street kinda across from the tourist center. I don't recommend this one ramen place located there. They make everyone pay before eating, and for the basic ramen that I got, it was overpriced. My bowl wasn't even full!(pic# 3-7) The tourist center is located close by, and the folks in there are very helpful(pic# 8). All of the buses are right there, so touring is very easy. The hotel itself is very comfortable. It's keyless, so take a picture of your pass code. The onsen on the premises has a pass code as well. Inside was very nice and relaxing. I went at 2:20am and it was wonderful. They have pajamas, pillows, and a free happy hour. The variety of spirits is extensive. Also, the elevator smells so good! The scent will de stress you. You can try a lot of things with a nice view of the station. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The last two pictures are the view of the bus terminal. There is another one on the other side of the building. This is the front view (airport bus location)"

"Excellent location to Nara Train Station and buses to the attractions in Nara. Less than 5 minutes walk from the Nara train station. Room is small like all Japanese hotels, but the shower stall is large like North American ones. Quite a number of choices for breakfast."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to leave our luggage after checking in and enjoy coffee and tea when we picked it up in the evening. Clean and well-kept rooms."

"The room is very well equipped. The room is big and well lighted. It comes with ionizer, massage chair, fridge, TV with free movie and microwave. The bathroom comes with a Japanese style shower and a jacuzzi. The service is good at both the front desk, they make up the room daily and the room service is fast. Most importantly, for what we are getting, it is certainly value for money and it comes with daily breakfast for 2. The only drawback is it is 1 km from the nearest train station."

"Modern stylish hotel. Room was spacious with panoramic view. Cozy comfortable matres and soft pillow. Very hospitality staff. In every moment try to help you. You may see Nara deers from cafe terrace. Convenient and quiet location. Not too many tourists. Grocery and a lot of deers near. Paid parking about 700 yens per weekday. I couldn't eat Japanese breakfast. It was too conceptual and unusual. But western breakfast is ok. I recommend you not to pay for hotel breakfast. Because of its unpalatable and at a high price for this place. Handy laundry. One washing costs 600 yens."

"Hotel is at Kintetsu Nara station. Easily accessible when taking train. Nice quaint area to walk. Room has humidifier, kettle and cups, hairdryer, mini fridge and a tv. Breakfast comes with delicious thick toast set and coffee. Laundromat is at the cosy lobby area. I stayed for 2 nights. Many good eateries around the area and shopping malls. Tourist attractions are walking distance only. Highly recommend this hotel 👍🏻"

"We had a good time at this place. Everything was very clean, the check-in was very easy and despite the thin walls (occasionally you could hear other guests use their door lock or the hotels neighbors coming home to their house) we had a good nights sleep. Would come again. Very spacious rooms compared to other Japanese hotel rooms. Bonus: there was a super clean and almost unused community kitchen with washingmachines and dryers."

"Booked this hotel through Trip which was a godsend. The hotel that I booked through ******* was screwed up big time by ******* because the hotel didn't receive the reservation apparently. ******* was not helpful with the relocation (even thought there were availability at other hotels), claiming the hotel class are different from the one I booked. Anyways this hotel is convenient and clean, only thing that I disliked was the site mentioned double bed BUT only can accommodate 1 person!? Ended we have to pay additional ¥3k for the 3rd person (my youngest daughter) for 2 rooms. 1 room for myself and the other for both daughters because the manager was adamant about the 1 room per person, however after paying the additional ¥3k he was ok with 2 persons in a room. Didn't make sense unless I was explained it is some government regulations to allow only 1 double bed room for 1 person"
