"Excellent location to Nara Train Station and buses to the attractions in Nara. Less than 5 minutes walk from the Nara train station. Room is small like all Japanese hotels, but the shower stall is large like North American ones. Quite a number of choices for breakfast."

"The room is very well equipped. The room is big and well lighted. It comes with ionizer, massage chair, fridge, TV with free movie and microwave. The bathroom comes with a Japanese style shower and a jacuzzi. The service is good at both the front desk, they make up the room daily and the room service is fast. Most importantly, for what we are getting, it is certainly value for money and it comes with daily breakfast for 2. The only drawback is it is 1 km from the nearest train station."

"Good: Good cost performance, Good staff, great variety of food, convenient location - next to train station and convenience stores, signs are in english and Japanese. Staff have limited english skills which is ready good for simple requests I think. Bad: room seems to have no air conditioning (cool cold air) - the ”air condition” dail only has fan speed not temperature and it blows warm air. The window gives cold air but can be noisy, especially at day time with construction work going on nearby unless window is left very slightly ajar. Overall it's fine but not sure how good it is in the summer without air-conditioning."

"Conveniently located near Kintetsu-Nara station. The place looks a tad old with some wear-and-tear, and the wooden tiles in my room made a creaking sound whenever being stepped on. Soundproofing was pretty bad – I could hear people walking along the corridor, and voices and sounds coming from neighbours above and below. Staff did not provide clear instructions on how to self-checkout, i.e. where to place the key as there was no indication around the front desk which was unmanned in the early hours of the morning."

"The location of this hotel is pretty well, the Kintetsu Nara station is just across the street and the main station of the Nara buses is just in front of the door. I would not suggest foreign people to go to the East shopping street nearby for food since there are many restaurant closed and hard to get good meals. As the biggest chain hotel, this Tokoyo inn also has the convenient check in and out protocols and has staff can speak fluent English. The only obvious problem is the noise can always come in through the closed window. I lived in 4th floor but could still hear clearly when people down in the back street talking during the late night,"

Около домиков фотографировались туристы, наверное, им и в голову не пришло, что там можно снять жильё :)) Ужин кайсеки мы выбрали стандартный, и нам было достаточно, больше мы бы не съели. Завтрак такой же обильный. Всё было очень вкусно. Обязательно вернусь ещё, спасибо!"

"The hotel is literally next to the JR Nara Station.You can purchase all of your travel tickets there and the airport bus tickets, too. In that area, there is a grocery store, a Walgreens type store, and nice affordable places to eat. I highly recommend the place on the corner(pic #1-2). The two guys that run it are so nice. There is a long shopping/restaurant street kinda across from the tourist center. I don't recommend this one ramen place located there. They make everyone pay before eating, and for the basic ramen that I got, it was overpriced. My bowl wasn't even full!(pic# 3-7) The tourist center is located close by, and the folks in there are very helpful(pic# 8). All of the buses are right there, so touring is very easy. The hotel itself is very comfortable. It's keyless, so take a picture of your pass code. The onsen on the premises has a pass code as well. Inside was very nice and relaxing. I went at 2:20am and it was wonderful. They have pajamas, pillows, and a free happy hour. The variety of spirits is extensive. Also, the elevator smells so good! The scent will de stress you. You can try a lot of things with a nice view of the station. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The last two pictures are the view of the bus terminal.
