Amazing stay, amazing staf

For the price we paid and what the hotel had showcased on MMT as their offerings, it was a stay that met and in some cases even exceed our expectations. Every member of the staff we interacted with was warm and professional. They are well aware of their limitations as a small hotel and make no pretentions of being someone else, rather they operate wonderfully well within that limit. Their location too, is a big advantage for travellers driving down from Delhi. It is very close to the Ganges and also to Har ki Pauri and yet away from the commotion at the same time. Our primary purpose of visiting Haridwar was to go to the Rajaji National Park and Forest Hill is located very close to the Ranipur Range and although a bit far, but very well accessible to both Jhilmil and Chilla. The room was pretty big, comfortable and well maintained. And although it may seem surprising to many, we were really pleased to see the whole suite of channels were available on Tata Sky which is lacking in many big hotels most of the time. This attention to detail is praise worthy and we look forward to be their guest in the future too. Thank you for your hospitality and all the very best.

I stayed here for 2 days and my experience is anazing . They have very cleans rooms , delicious food , nice staff , aesthetics vibe , beautiful interior and hospitality is excellent and also it is just 2 km away from Har ki Pauri . It is best Hotel in Haridwar you must stay here .

Location is really great. It has its own parking which is little difficult to get on this side of ganga ghats. There is ganesh ghat just few meters away and it is near to Ompur bridge which is very beautiful. Rooms were clean and spacious. What I loved most was food. It was really delicious and very light. Would recommend the resturant.

I stayed here as a solo traveller from Japan. The room was large and clean, and the staff were very kind. After dinner, I said it was delicious but a little spicy, and they gave me some sugar. You can enjoy your meal on the clean balcony with a great view. Of course, there was a clean toilet and a hot shower. All staff is helpful! Thank you Wonder Hills Hotel in Haridwar. Property has a lot of negatives. 1. Breakfast buffet was stale, everything tasted like plastic and we even found actual plastic in coffee. 2. Property staff are polite but do not know how to actually manage guests especially on crowded days. 3. Rooms are worn out. 4. Our room Ac was not working. 5 There is no manager in property during morning hours, as we wanted to meet the manager, we got to know that the manager comes to the property at 11 am. Till then its only staff which manages the property. Only 2 positives of this property is staff is polite and the location is 2 kms from Har ki Pauri with easy access to rickshaws.

Just one word.. Great stay

Huone ei ollut merkin yläpuolella. Hätäventila ei toiminut. Huoneella ei ollut enuf plug pisteitä. Veden toimitus katkaisi 6 tuntia. Myös johtaja teki ylimääräisiä rahaa kabineilla maksuja näkymä ja lentokenttä laskeutua löysimme riskikeski paremman paikan jäädä ja on hyvä hengellinen kosketus kuin haridwar.
