Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Nagoya

Travelled in a big group consisting of adults and kids ranging 1.5-10 yrs old. Overall experience was very good! And would definitely come back again. Location- nearby Batam ferry terminal (5-7mins drive), a lot of cafes, coffee, spas, marts within the area. To travel to grand Batam mall and penguin market is only 3-5 mins via grab. Rooms- good size, clean and basic. No bathtub but there’s inbuilt hair dryer. Breakfast Spread was scrumptious. Good variety. Amenities: Lobby was spacious, lots of space to sit and relax while waiting for friends/grab. Swimming pool was in the next block, pool is at 1.2m minimum and it is really windy, not so ideal for kids to stay long. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The doors’ sound proofing is a tad weaker. Could hear my neighbors conversations walking toward lift lobby, or the nearby buildings speaker quite clearly. But the overall experience is good that this is only a small part of it.

Happy with the stay，smaller but compact. All staffs are so friendly with the security. We have bought some Amanda Cakes around and there was no fridge in hotel but we request to keep in their fridge and all went fine. No hair dryer ready but you can call and request from the receptionist.

Enjoyed our 2D1N at this hotel. Very accommodating to our request. Hotel looks and feel new. Walking distance to a 24h mart and many shops nearby. Heard there is a nice mee Soto stall nearby but didn’t get to go.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. 🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh. 🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive. ☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home. 💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests. Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

My gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air. The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesn’t have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly. Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didn’t use their Wifi so can’t really comment on that. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment! All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^

Room was big. Location was walking distance to Nagoya Hill. Only lacking is the bathroom amenities whereby the body soap was a pathetic small body. Else others are great, including the service from the staff

The location of this hotel is excellent. Many attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores are within walking distance, which makes it very convenient for travelers who prefer to explore on foot. The price is clearly reflected in the room size — the rooms are very compact, but the rate is correspondingly affordable. If you book through Trip.com, the price can be even more competitive, which makes it a good budget option. One suggestion: I would not recommend ordering the hotel breakfast. There are plenty of food options nearby, with much better variety and value. Overall, it’s a practical choice if you prioritize location and affordability over space.

water leaking very badly at master bedroom ceiling. Called reception to check for upper unit , but sent house keeper to room instead. Informed house keeper Ahemad to check with upper unit , nothing was done, whole night water leaking from ceiling non stop till daytime still leaking.
