Exceptional Stay with Truly Wonderful Staff! I recently completed a stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Everything about my visit, from the moment I checked in until I departed, was good and comfortable. The physical property itself is excellent; my room was well-maintained, spotless, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day. The hotel atmosphere is pleasant, and the facilities were exactly what I needed. However, the highlight of this hotel is unquestionably the nice staff. Every member of the team I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel valued as a guest. Their dedication to service truly elevated the entire experience. If you are looking for a hotel that offers great quality and is staffed by people who clearly take pride in their hospitality, look no further. Highly recommended!

Hotelnya nyaman, lokasinya strategis, parkiran luas, cuman sayang menu sarapan kurang berfariasi.

Not many to choose on breakfast menu, nice view, friendly staff,, abit pricey though

Amenities sangat minim, tidak ada handuk muka, wifi hanya untuk 2 perangkat, sarapan sangat sederhana, pembakar roti lama matangnya cocoknya untuk rumahan.

Pelayanan ny bgs, security cepat tanggap sll membantu kluar msk mobil, ruangan besar cocok bawa klg anak banyak

Dit guesthouse bevindt zich bovenop de belende Puncak berg, waardoor super locatie. Voorzieningen zijn basaal, maar mensen uiterst vriendelijk. Ook een prima prijs

Miracle hotel is a brand new hotel that just opened in 2026. I stayed for 1 night at junior suite room, and I had issues with AC and TV. They finally solved the AC at midnight. For TV issue, I guess it related with poor wifi connection. They give me complimentary 100k vouchers at coffee shop for the inconvenience happened. For hotel in Cianjur (small city), Miracle Hotel is one of best hotel you can choose. Because it brand new, so the cleanliness is still well manage. The furniture inside the room is also nice Parking area is enough to accommodate guest in full occupancy. They do have small pool beside the lobby. There is 3 floors and elevator.

Pemandangan dan suasananya sangat bagus dan sejuk.. hanya saja fasilitas dan kondisi kamar banyak yg tidak terawat.. lalu menu sarapannya kurang variatif.. semoga kedepan bisa lebih baik.. karna sayang bgt ini hiden gem tp kurang terawat..

best banget, dpt rinjani 5. tadinya pesen rinjani 4 tp ada kesalahan dr pihak resort katanya email pesanan onlinenya telat jd keduluan sm pemesanan offline. awalnya agak kesel krn ga dikonfirmasi diawal, tapi akhirnya malah seneng krn ternyata rinjani 5 bagus bgt. looksnya lebih bagus dr rinjani 4 yg dipojok dan terlihat agak serem krn pojok sih hehe. bener2 sunyi bgt disini tenang bgt pdhl pinggir jalan raya. utk cafenya top parahh, makanannya enak semua apalagi soto bogornya sgt rekomen. pelayanan jg oke cuma minusnya pas dtg pool nya gabisa dipakai. saran bgt kesini pakai baju tebel krn dingin parahhhhh. next aku mau kesini lgg🫶🏻
