"This is a great Hotel right on sea front , easy walking distance to Town Centre. Quirky interesting entrance lobby and bar . Staff friendly and well presented . I was travelling on my own and had room only . This was spotless and comfortable , good temperature , comfy bed. I have stayed some years ago and breakfast was good. I would recommend and will definitely stay again as very good value ."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Brighton. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and housekeeping refreshed it every day, which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding — the staff genuinely make an effort to ensure their guests are comfortable and well looked after.
We had a small request regarding the kettle in our room, as the original one had a bit of limescale build-up. The front desk handled the issue immediately and even went above and beyond by providing a brand-new kettle. This level of responsiveness really impressed us.
The only minor downside is that our room was connected to the neighbouring room through a shared internal door. Although it was locked on both sides, the sound insulation was not as strong.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. Friendly service and great comfort!"

"Had a really great experience at The Charm Hotel. We booked the ”King Suite with View” which had an amazing scenic view, especially in the morning with the cool breeze. The environment and room is not only conducive, but is both spacious and clean. Highly recommend travellers who are looking for a safe hotel as my friend and I (both females) felt rather comfortable staying in this hotel. Only advise would be to pack light as there is no lift and we had to climb 2 stories up. Otherwise, everything is close to perfect."

"The room was spacious, clean and perfect views. As seen on the pictures advertised. I personally found the mattress very hard and needed to use extra pillows to support and bring comfort to my back. Otherwise I would be happy to stay again. Service by staff was polite but have experienced more friendly and more welcoming from other hotels in the area. I would give the hotel 8/10."

"I booked for myself and my sister for a night away for our Birthdays.
We had a lovely stay, our room was upgraded and we had a wonderful sea view. We were given a lovely gift which was so kind and thoughtful and really made our stay extra special.
The room was large, with a seating area and a very huge comfy bed.
Everything we needed for a relaxing night away. Robes & Slippers Perfect
Buffet breakfast was very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful.
We shall definitely return.

"Absolutely amazing hotel and staff, could not fault at all! It was mums 60th birthday who I came with and the staff had sorted 2 drinks vouchers to use in the bar and we came back into the room with a slice of cake with a birthday note! Honestly so perfect and it being right on the seafront is stunning too :)"

"The hostel was really nice and very well located. There was live music on Friday night and it was a chill vibe. Staff was really helpful. Offered and switched me to a female dormitory from mixed one upon arrival which i appreciated. The beds can be loud when anyone moves at night, in case anyone's a light sleeper, can be disturbing. Didn't bother me. The pier was just a 2 minutes walk away."

We had a wonderful stay here for my 30th birthday. We had the double room which was the perfect size for a couple. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. I loved the free pantry for snacks too!
We didn't eat at the hotel but we did sit in the hotel bar and the cocktails and bar staff were great.

Family Suite is fantastic. Big room, very comfortable bed with one sofa bed already set up. We are lucky to have a corner room with five full windows which three of them are directly facing to the ocean.
Breakfast is nice with sufficient choice of food and beverages. Check in & out is efficient! Only minor thing is that the shower holder is a bit loose so can’t hold the shower head. But the location is the best and there are plenty of sightseeing points, activities and nice restaurants are just within walking distance. This hotel is just located opposite to the i360 tower. Upside down house, Long Beach and also 5 minutes walk to the arcade The Pier!! We will definitely come back for our next visit to Brighton!!

The location is excellent, 2-3mins from the station. Room is well-presented, clean and tidy etc. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and welcoming in all my engagements. I'm only deducting some service points as the breakfast buffet was quite chaotic (no bowls, no glasses, food run out etc). However, it was exceptional value for where it is, what I got and when I stayed. Well-recommended.

The hotel was right by the train station so easy to drop off luggage then head out and leave our luggage there when we checked out as we had a few hours before our train home. We had an issue with our room and the staff were so very helpful could not do enough. They could not move us but offered a one night refund, breakfast free of charge. We felt like royalty. Big thanks to staff members Gracjan, Justin and Alice who just made everything perfect for us. The choice on the breakfast menu was amazing. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and we became members of there hotel chain for future stays.

Stayed here over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, with friendly and helpful reception staff who even offered a free upgrade to a sea-view room on Christmas Day! The breakfast was lovely, and the hotel itself feels new and modern. There’s a convenient car park just across the road with a discount for guests, which is perfect for travellers with a car. I also enjoyed the movie night held in the basement — such a nice touch! The location is ideal with easy access to Brighton’s main attractions. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

A stay with my adult daughter for passing her Degree. Her 1st time in Brighton. At a lucky request gave me a partial sea view which was in fact excellent large room, comfy bed a with a gorgeous bay with full view sun. All staff were attentive, friendly and inclusive.
There’s a real charm and nostalgic atmosphere about the old building that is on the beach front enabling Breakfast to see the sea. The only reason I have not given a 5 star 🌟 is due to some signs of wear and tear / dated chairs although they were comfy and snug. Thanks to all Queens staff we will be back

Very nice and clean, roomy, convenient if you are visiting the Brighton centre for concerts and close to the beach apparently. Warmly welcomed at the reception and was offered all the help I needed. Sure to stay with them next time I visit! (If you needed to call a taxi you could just ask at the reception. WiFi password is in the room. Plenty of teabags and coffee sachets, got hairdryer, kettle)

Lämmin ja tervetullut henkilökunta, kaunis huone uskomattoman näköalalla.
Lämmön huolimatta huone oli viileä ja mukava.
Sijainti on aivan rannalla vieressä piikki.
Hää ikkunan avaaminen on hieman äänekäs, jos olet kevyt nukkuja, mutta hotelli tarjoaa korvakynttilöitä, ja melu on vähäinen, kun ikkunat ovat avattu.
- Hyvää lomausta.

On the pricey end of hotels in Brighton, the room very simple and old fashioned.
No real complaints staff are very friendly. Getting the bags to the room is difficulty so I wouldn't recommend to someone with reduced mobility.
But overall great view and nice staff.
